He made sure all our needs are met and he made us feel at home. The place serves nice breakfast and the rooms are very clean and quiet. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel and very greatful for my stay there. Thank you!

The stuff was very nice and kind, very helpful, they brought us wine and chocolate, and made sure it was pleasant during our stay. We will definitely return, the location is excellent in the German colony, accessible and there is parking nearby.

Amazing people, food and atmosphere. Incredibly beautiful and I met so many amazing new friends. We did Pilates in the morning and the instructor was so amazing I will go back on Sundays when she leads the group at 8am.

This is NOT a 5-star hotel. If you want 5-star accommodations, then go find a 5-star hotel and pay triple the price! This is a lovely hotel and it gives EXCELLENT value for your money!

the hotel is situated on the carmal mountain with view of the shore .the room in the main building is specious and renovated. the hotel needs some refreshing. Art is all around- very nice. Breakfast and dinner was excellent. the staff is welcoming and nice. explaining on the hotel the art pieces .on Saturday There is a very nice tour in the hotel with very good guide

Miri was waiting on place for us until we arrived. She is a nice person, very sensitive and symphatique. She took care about everything with efficiency and explained us what needed. The suite was comfortable, delicate decorated, well furnished with very nice pictures hanging from the walls. We enjoyed the terrace during the fresh evenings as well as the swimming pool. Orly's breakfast exceeded our expectation. We order it every day. We loved the omelette, the hand-made jams, the variety of cheese and the fresh orange juice as well as the freshly prepared fruits.
