Thanks to her for personal approach. I have never seen hotel’s manager like her. It costs more than the price of this hotel. Clean, tasty and comfortable.

Breakfast restaurant looks like French chateau. Love it and recommend it!

We liked all the meals, the pool, jacuzzi and VIP lounge. We were especially happy that the children's club had things that kept all my grandchildren from age 3 to 11 engaged. The last place we stayed at did not have games or activities that were suitable for the older children.

I've stayed at hundreds of hotels, but this one definitely takes the cake. It was flawless from start to finish—from the moment I stepped in the door until I left. The room was spacious and chic, consisting of two areas with modern design elements that made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. And the staff was incredible: they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! It was a pleasure to enjoy this hotel and I would definitely recommend it for a business trip or just for a weekend getaway. The hotel is located in a very central area, close to many tourist attractions, like the beach and shopping centers. I found it easy to move around the city thanks to its location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, good facilities, and convenience. Special thanks to the rooms division manager Ms. Revital, she does a great job solving even minor problems that guests can have. I really appreciated her professional and prudent approach to her work; she is really a dream manager for any hotel chain, a manager to learn from. Great breakfast and dinner, plenty of options to choose from, a large diversified pool area, wine, soft drinks, and fruits in the room. Whatever you desire, this hotel has this! My sincere thanks for a perfect stay and I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful place!! Artistic building in a great location. The weather in Eilat was so good like in the summer and there is a pool in the hotel and also outside in a walking distance a beach of the red sea. The service was very nice , staff are professional and have very good soft skills . This is a real 5 start hotel very high standard, high quality , extremely recomnded .

Śniadanie pyszne i bardzo zróżnicowane, bez problemu można było zjeść wcześniej z uwagi na wczesny wyjazd, przystanek autobusowy przy samym hotelu. Dobry dojazd na lotnisko. Personel bardzo pomocny. Można bezpłatnie wypożyczyć rowery i pozwiedzać okolicę.

We stayed in 2 of their rooms and they were both great, quiet and clean. Pools were great except they close at 6pm every night due to the life guards leaving. Not that the life guards watch anyway. Great value for money, good variety at breakfast, lovely pool and mountain views from the room and balcony. Comfortable big bed and big room full of natural light. Excellent location in hotel area, next to the ice mall and near the beaches and restaurants. The hotel building also has a supermarket and restaurant. 15min walk to bus station. Reception staff, housekeeping and guards were kind and super helpful. Will come back.
