Our room was extremely clean and that seems to be rare in Sri Lanka. There was no humidity marks at all in our room. The outside pool area is just so beautiful. The pool is super clean, went for a great swim. The property is surrounded by rice fields and has plenty of wildlife.The rooms are a little out dated but thats ok since everything else is great and clean. Plenty of workers trimming plants and cleaning property. Breakfast buffet also was great. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Place was extremely clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. The host even offer to drop me off in town a couple times to get groceries. Definitely recommend. Beds are comfy and aircon is freezing! It’s a new place by the looks of it so all The facilities are new.

El Kithmi Resort se encuentra en Polonnaruwa, a 3,9 km de Polonnaruwa Vatadage, y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, estacionamiento privado gratuito y jardín. We most liked that the owner is so passionate about his resort. He loved to show us around in his beautifull garden and everything in the resort is thought of and well functioning. The sister of the owner is an excellent cook and she makes a great Sri Lankan breakfast. Each day a bit different but always delicious and plentifull. Same holds for the optional dinner. Owner also has good deals and friendly and knowledgeable friends for excursions to the temples and Sigiriya and safari. We left to see other places but actually we didn't want to leave this little paradise.

The place was super clean and Spaciouse;my entire family loved the place. We stayed for two nights . The propaty is under construction i feel it has very bright future and guest gonna love the place with the future change .

Todo fue simplemente perfecto. El hotel es nuevo, las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias y el personal increible, en especial el manager. Super serviciales, sin duda una de nuestras mejores estsncias en Sri Lanka. El desayuno muy bueno tambien.

Beautiful and well-maintained area. From the terrace there is a magnificent view of the rice fields. Clean and spacious apartments. Very nice and welcoming hosts who can prepare a delicious breakfast and book a safari for you.
