Hotel Xcaret Arte - All Parks All Fun Inclusive - Adults Only sijaitsee Playa del Carmenissa 8,8 km:n päässä Playa del Carmenin lauttaterminaalilta. This place was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. From when you arrive at the location until the bus dropped us off at the airport, the team was very attentive. The food was of high quality and very good! Same with the drinks. The rooms have everything you need. The hotel is very safe. It may seem price but when you calculate what you will spend in a five star hotel, transportation, food and activities you will see that's its totally worth it. We had the garden view room and we loved it then we moved to a river view room and it was also great! No matter the room you stay, your experience will be great! Highly recommended. Will definitely come back.

Everything about this hotel was great. Small boutique hotel 9 rooms only 7 of which are sea view we had room N02 top floor. Jero , Myra, Tino and the team are warm and hospital nothing is too much of an issue. All staff make you feel like the family. The facilities etc are great. Food and menu drinks, spot on you must try the Red Snapper. Outside short walk along the road- watch out not lit to all the many restaurants and street food market and stalls. The hotel is quiet and relaxing and far away form the banging dance music We were sorry to leave . will come back. PS GREAT COCKTAILS.

Attractively set in Tulum, Hotel Milam features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. We absolutely loved this stay. The staff were extremely accommodating and very pleasant. Food was delicious and produce was fresh. Would book using the site instead of booking.

Service is at highest level. But no one writes that there is a construction site outside the territory , and this whole area is one big construction site. Taxi is more expensive

Aalada Playa del Carmen is attractively set in Playa del Carmen, and has an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a garden. I absolutely loved everything about this property. So much so that I stayed longer than planned. It is a small intimate boutique hotel, beautifully designed and very very comfortable. My room was lovely, and the wonderful Maria made sure it was clean for me every day. Changing sheets and towels regularly. Although the pool is small, it doesn’t need to be much bigger because it was rarely occupied. The lovely beds are a great place to relax and watch the birds in the tree opposite. The hotel is very close to town, everything is very accessible. The hotel gives you access to sun beds at a local beach club (minimum spend 300-500 pesos). All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily go back. A huge thank you to Maria for being so kind and attentive.

Nice Check in with welcome drinks, amazing experience straight from the middle of the jungle, a perfect place to calm down and stay among nature, very nice staff who make sure you feel as good as possible, Our concierge was Javier, he did a really great job, thanks to him we didn't have to worry about anything he was very friendly, the restaurant serves delicious tacos and drinks, don't forget to take advantage of the temazcal ceremony, which is included in the price of your stay! Very clean, soft and fragrant towels! We will definitely come back here!
