Everything about this hotel was great. Small boutique hotel 9 rooms only 7 of which are sea view we had room N02 top floor. Jero , Myra, Tino and the team are warm and hospital nothing is too much of an issue. All staff make you feel like the family. The facilities etc are great. Food and menu drinks, spot on you must try the Red Snapper. Outside short walk along the road- watch out not lit to all the many restaurants and street food market and stalls. The hotel is quiet and relaxing and far away form the banging dance music We were sorry to leave . will come back. PS GREAT COCKTAILS.

The staff were extremely accommodating and very pleasant. Food was delicious and produce was fresh. Would book using the site instead of booking.

Aalada Playa del Carmen ligger perfekt beläget i centrala Playa del Carmen och erbjuder en utomhuspool, gratis WiFi och en trädgård. I absolutely loved everything about this property. So much so that I stayed longer than planned. It is a small intimate boutique hotel, beautifully designed and very very comfortable. My room was lovely, and the wonderful Maria made sure it was clean for me every day. Changing sheets and towels regularly. Although the pool is small, it doesn’t need to be much bigger because it was rarely occupied. The lovely beds are a great place to relax and watch the birds in the tree opposite. The hotel is very close to town, everything is very accessible. The hotel gives you access to sun beds at a local beach club (minimum spend 300-500 pesos). All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily go back. A huge thank you to Maria for being so kind and attentive.

Nice Check in with welcome drinks, amazing experience straight from the middle of the jungle, a perfect place to calm down and stay among nature, very nice staff who make sure you feel as good as possible, Our concierge was Javier, he did a really great job, thanks to him we didn't have to worry about anything he was very friendly, the restaurant serves delicious tacos and drinks, don't forget to take advantage of the temazcal ceremony, which is included in the price of your stay! Very clean, soft and fragrant towels! We will definitely come back here!

Itza Hotel Akumal - Dive House ligger i Akumal och erbjuder boende med utomhuspool, gemensam lounge och terrass samt gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. Everyone working there was super kind & helpful! The hostel it's self is really nice. Beds were comfy and clean. The rooftop pool was awesome to hangout at the end of the day even just to catch the sunset

This is an adult-only hotel, that offers luxury amenities, A/C, a minibar, healthy snacks, 24th security, and room service. beautiful setting. such a little retreat in the jungle. made us feel like we were in a little haven away from it all, able to relax.
