The Loft was located at the Imago Shopping Mall which had everything I needed when I looked for sunblock and insect repellents for my tours. The staff were super friendly. I checked in extra late (My flight arrived at 1:20 AM) but they waited for me so that I could check in. I asked for recommendations for massages and they continuously helped me through WhatsApp. The place was very nice, my only regret is that I packed my schedule too much that I didn’t get to sleep in longer! It’s a vacation on itself just to stay there. As for late night food or snacks, a restaurant which was located at the front of the Loft was open 24/7 so getting hungry at night was not a problem. The room looked exactly like the photos here.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. Right in the centre of KK, few minutes to food and handcraft market, shops around, and few steps from the promenade with many bars and restaurants. The room is super comfy, sparkling clean, with all you need for your stay. Fresh bottle of water is provided every day. Bed is very comfortable, AC working well, towels are provided as well as bath accessories. The most important, the staff is so very kind and helpful every time, they have contacted me via WhatsApp in advance to make sure the checkin is smooth and fast. This is a place I can recommend to anyway, it exceeded my expectations in every possible way.

Excelente relación calidad/precio. En el resto de Sabah los hoteles son mucho más caros que en la capital. Me alojé en varios hoteles y éste no estuvo mal, todo está muy nuevo y eso se agradece. El desayuno es muy completo y siempre podías beber agua, café o te cuando pasabas por la recepción.

I stayed at the Junior Suite. The windows have a very beautiful view of the sunset. The room were clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was great with a good spread. Will go back to this hotel when I am back in KK.

The beach is beautiful and clean, the whole resort and gardens are immaculate. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it's a very family friendly resort. The only activities we did was kayaking in the lagoon and a cooking class which were both fun. The perfect place for some downtime and proper relaxation, especially a drink on the beach at sunset.

They are on point on the oriental vibes. My room was kind of have the rustic feeling in it but comfortable nonetheless. Buffet breakfast is great, many choices of food.

Wonderful stay! We had the private pool villa - villa was cleaned and equipped with all basic amenities for a good stay. Staff we very friendly and speedy response via WhatsApp for any needs. BBQ also available for rent which was good as well as on site café meals. Beachfront property, additional with 2 on site pools also great facilities just to walk around the property. The room and surrounding are superb! Mr Lee is super nice and help us with luggage. He waited for us to arrive to show us the place. The garden is well taken care , my family and I enjoyed the place a lot with the magnificent view of mt kinabalu. The room come with heated floor- this is a very thoughtful design of the room/chalet.
