Hotel Victoria features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Moyogalpa. With a bar, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The staff were very friendly. The owner had great English and was willing to help us book anything we needed. The view of the volcano was amazing, very tranquil and peaceful. We had a great breakfast and one night we had dinner there, the food was delicious.

Loved our stay here, the pool was great and the staff were very friendly and gave us lots of information about what we can do on the island. Hostel offers dinner most evenings which was delicious however we found breakfast was a little cheaper when you go in to town but you get unlimited coffee/orange juice at the hostel so can't complain! 100% recommend staying here.

El Encanto Garden Hotel is located in Santa Cruz. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Free private parking is available on site. Santo Domingo Beach is a 7 minute walk from the property. Very kind stuff and beautiful property. I think the photos don't do justice to the great atmosphere.

It was perfect for what we wanted. There were also a family of howler monkeys in the trees above our room which was incredible.

Everything was awesome, they contacted early in the morning and provided important information about the place, when we arrived they called me by name, he was very kind.

No hot showers of course, BUT I had all I needed in an hostel: welcome, clean bed, kitchen, comfortable seating areas, central and very close to all amenities etc. A very short walk to ferry, bus passes by, supermarket and bank round the corner. I may have forgotten something!

Having the water right In front of my room was a beautiful view to wake up to . Staff were friendly , music was nice, very nice and peaceful place to stay , breakfast was really good ! Room was comfortable and cold ac and fan !

The accommodation provides room service, a tour desk and currency exchange for guests. - If you are looking for a stay amongst locals, this is the place to go! Alejandro, Xavier and their parents are very friendly and nice people. They are also very patient, so I was able to practice my basic spanish skills :) - If you want, they offer to cook for you. The food was freshly prepared, very tasty and some ingredients, e.g. fruits and beans were even homegrown! - They can arrange different tours for a very reasonable price. Alejandro drove me around the island during an entire day and he was an excellent guide as well as driver!

The staff is very nice and helpful, breakfast was good and the room was clean and spacious. I loved their big hammock outside :)
