The private rooms were huge and clean, this place was even nicer than on the pictures, and you can organize your whole trip at their reception, you can rent atvs, bikes. You can get breakfast and dinner, and also snacks at the common area.

El Encanto Garden Hotel is located in Santa Cruz. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Free private parking is available on site. Santo Domingo Beach is a 7 minute walk from the property. We were supposed to stay at El Ecanto for 4 nights, but we loved it so much we extended our stay for longer. The hotel is absolutely lovely, it’s secluded and intimate, but not too far away from other restaurants and hostels. We rented motorcycles right from the hotel. The view from the restaurant is stunning. The manager Jose was so amazing to us, he speaks perfect English and knows everything about the island. He made our stay so smooth, he organized all our transports, and rentals. We loved it here!

I like the staff and I also like the nature the hotel has , it is very secluded and tranquil , I FELT relax during my stay , I REALLY enjoy the food and the amazing beach lake , the breeze and the wind blowing in my entire body was phenomenal

Located on the beach in the San Fernando, 800meters north of Santo Domingo and 1km south of Santa Cruz,, Xalli Hotel features a sun terrace and views of the lake. I went there with my 68-year-old mother. The staff were awesome at all times, going beyond expectations. The hotel is near a white sanded beach, with an awesome view to one of the volcanoes. We only tried Nicaraguan food from the menu, and it was delicious. Ojo de agua is somewhat close, if you get the chance try to go there. The hotel will help you to get a taxi.

Great staff and very good location. The breakfast was available, you shall order night before as we were there during the low season. Moreover at this place you could renting bikes and other things, they will hook you up with great people that rent bikes. Staff was great help and could English, they also speak French and Spanish. The courtyard was wonderful place to take breakfast. I would stay here again. I liked the place because it looked so colorful and free spiritual.

Having the water right In front of my room was a beautiful view to wake up to . Staff were friendly , music was nice, very nice and peaceful place to stay , breakfast was really good ! Room was comfortable and cold ac and fan !

The owner picked me up when I arrived on the island. Him and his family were so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. I also chose to have lunch and dinner with them, because the food was so good. My cabin was really nice and cozy, in front of the lake which meant I could go on sunset walks every day. It's a really beautiful and quiet location. Also their son Luis gave me a tour of the island which was super nice. I cannot recommend that place enough!
