The staff was very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out experiences were quick and easy. As there was no elevator, the receptionist offered to carry our luggage. We really enjoyed the tasty breakfast as well. There was a good variety of croissants and pastries, cereal, and multiple options of cooked eggs (fried or various omelets). The eggs were made on the spot, which was really nice. The location is excellent, being literally across the street from the first 3 gates of the citadel. Both the citadel and the two shopping malls are well within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including bathrobes and towels for the spa. The beds were really comfortable, on the more rigid side, which was definitely a plus.

It has a huuuge garden to walk in, is very close to the Mures river, as well as the old fortified church and really a pleasure to wander. The building has been very nicely renovated, and the restaurant is fantastic with very good food. The staff is also very friendly and forthcoming
