I saw Google photos prior to arriving and was a bit worried and made the wrong choice - it looked very worn out. In reality, the photos on Booking were more accurate than Google. The room was spacious, in good condition and smelt heavenly. Thermostatic heaters kept us warm at night. The restaurant was simple but good.

Also enjoy3d the ATV ride through some of the most breathtaking mountain trails to Shangrila valley of the Bears. The combination of the gorgeous lake with serene views and clean mountain water and old growth forest is unforgettable.

Location in the heart of the Transfarahashan, an ideal place for an overnight break or for exploring the beautiful trail. Staff was great and breakfast is great value for money. Also was very helpful and honest to send a forgotten item all the way to Bucharest. Highly recommend!
