Wonderful family-owned hotell that really looks after their guests. They called us to make sure we would arrive safely, telling us we could call them at any time if we had any problems. The hotel is so clean, rooms are perfect. The breakfast is unbelievably delicious, we loved it. The lady who took care of customers is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is at perfect spot.

Good breakfast but no fish and not very much fruit or vegetables. The food standard was generally good and we like being able to make a packed lunch from the breakfast table.

In addition, the 1950s American theme is unique, nostalgic and fun. Additional perks such as generous after-hours complimentary snacks. Wonderful atmosphere. Proximity to railway station and beautiful lake is perfect.

Overlooking Lake Siljan, this hotel is 1 km from Rättvik Train Station and the Storgatan shopping street. WiFi and parking are free. Access to a gym, hot tub and sauna is also free. The hotel overall was clean and cozy. Breakfast is really good and with rich sortiment (the scrambled eggs were especially delicious :-) ). The Easter lunch was really great with plenty of dishes one could choose from. The spa zone with jacuzzi and sauna is renowated since the last time we have been there and now it is new, clean and nice. The bed with its pillows was especially comfy. There is a TV in the room with several channels. But interestingly, we did not found a telephone (though we did not need it). The bathroom and shower were good, with plenty of different bottles for bathroom (shampoo, soap and others) :-) There are two free parking areas near the hotel. There is also not bad gym here. The reception lady was really nice and helpful. Due to her care we had fresh drinking water, candle lights and relaxing music in the spa area. Stayed at Easter (April) 2023
