This privately owned hotel is located right next to Vadstena Castle and Lake Vättern. The rooms at Hotel Slottsgården all have a private bathroom with shower. The hotel is situated right opposite Vadstena castle with a magnificient view. We were upgraded to a superior room, all of which a decorated according to themes. Ours was maritime, which fitted us pretty well. the superior rooms all have their own private entrance and a little terrace. We were surprised by the town of Vadstena with its rich history and lovely situated at the lake Vättern.

The Shower is great, and the ground heating is giving you extra comfort. Wifi is signal is strong. Breakfast is rich and very tasty. I definitely recommend the dining and bar experience in the hotel. There is a parking place, don't forget to book your slot.
