Hotel Katerina Sarayı 1877 has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Kars. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. The hospitality of the hotel was impressive. They sent a taxi to pick us up, when the bus dropped us 73 km from Kars. The room was very comfortable and the staff went out of the way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The location of the hotel is excellent; on one side the Kars castle and on the other the Kars river. The dining hall is richly furnished. It is pleasant to sit on the lawn and drink coffee. The star of the hotel is Ahmet at the reception. He speaks very good English and is most helpful and friendly. We enjoyed talking with him and learning about Kars and Ani. The taxi attached to the hotel was very useful for 3 days in picking us up from a remote place, exploring Ani and Mt. Ararat and finally dropping us off at the airport. Overall, this hotel was one of the best we have stayed in in Turkey.

The location is smack in the middle of Kars, just under Kars castle and central to lots of restaurants. You're not going to beat this location with any other hotel, bar none. The hotel is new and in a super-nicely converted building (it's unclear what it was - but perhaps a large barn or stables of some sort) and it combines rustic features of old stone with nice new, warm wood. The rooms were nicely sized and comfortable and the bathrooms modern with all the amenities we were looking for. The hotel is adjoined to a popular cafe in Kars (which is also owned by them) and served up an overwhelming traditional Turkish breakfast everyday. Super value in this.

Featuring free WiFi and a barbecue, Sarikamis Habitat Hotel offers accommodation in Sarıkamıs. The hotel has a spa centre, indoor swimming pool and a sauna, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. We loved how welcoming and hospitable the staff was towards us! Whatever request we had, they tried hard to meet it! They also carried out extra efforts to make our Christmas a special one! Serkan was a very friendly staff member who was quick to answer to any questions we had and helped us out all the time...including whilst skiing! The room is also very cosy and the food was always plentiful and good. Definitely a hotel to recommend!

Located in an old Russian building in the city centre of Kars, Kar's Otel offers elegant rooms with free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. Free private parking is possible on site. It was a lovely hotel and the staff were most accommodating. We had some trouble with the Wi-Fi and the staff were so helpful until we had our computers going. The breakfast was really nice. They were also helpful in finding us a wonderful guide and recommendations for dinner.

The New Marathon Hotel is centrally located in the heart of Elazig. All its rooms offer air conditioning, cable TV and free Wi-Fi. very nice people at the reception desk, they gave me a very big room on a high level as I wished for, very comfortable bed, thick blanket, cosy pillows, a lot of space in the bathroom, water pressure in the shower is great, and water gets immediately hot, breakfast room on the 8th floor with generous space and fantastic view to the sunrise and parts of the city, I was very happy and satisfied with the choice and taste of food at the Turkish buffet, I loved all the cheese and the Turkish way of scrambled eggs especially, super location in the Centre nearby the bazaar, the mosques and the shopping opportunities

The location of the Hotel was so easy to find, extremely close to the main points of the city. The rooms were large and the heating system of the room was excellent. Everyday our rooms were cleaned and they replaced new slippers, towels and water bottles. From the reception to management, even the breakfast, everybody was always helpful and smiling. We were even late for breakfast one day but they still opened service to us, which they did not have to. To sum up, We are highly satisfied of the accommodation and planning to stay again in our next trips.
