Given the 1,000 year flood at Yellowstone, they did a fabulous job of taking care of some very disappointed travelers.

We booked for a short ski vacation and were incredibly impressed by how nice the houses were. The general manager was outstanding -- they have a great text system in place where you can ask questions or get help. The houses are immaculate but not over the top. The coffee maker had really thoughtful, and funny, instructions and I have to say the best cup of coffee I've had on vacation. We'll be back. Next year, the year after that, and until they open another property for us to visit!

Located just 3 minutes’ drive from Yellowstone National Park - West Entrance, this inn features an indoor pool and hot tub. Free Wi-Fi is offered in all rooms. The employees at the front desk made sure that we were well taken care of. The atmosphere and cleanliness made our stay memorable. We also enjoyed the rustic look of the hotel. It was unique and very well thought out. Definitely recommending this hotel to anyone who is passing through West Yellowstone!

Staff couldn’t have been nicer. The guide books available to use in each room was extremely helpful to navigate Yellowstone. Location was a 2 minute drive to the park. Breakfast is basic, but very good coffee available all day. Overall a perfect stay.
