De Opstal’s old charm accommodations are surrounded by magnificent flower gardens, fruit trees, and fields that are not over-manicured, rather reflective of the owners’ true love of nature and deep desire to create an environment for their guests that engages all their senses. The only downside was having to leave this slice of paradise.

We loved the quirkiness of the hotel that was its real charm. The art on the walls and all the decor had real charm and character. There is a proper bar area where on one evening they had a very good pianist playing. You definitely get the feeling that the hotel is something of a hub for the village and community and a lot of activity centres around it. Some of the rooms are bigger and nicer than others, and we were able to change ours to a nicer more spacious one. Staff were very accommodating and helpful and we’re able to advise and arrange lots for us to do- on that don’t miss a dip in the local fresh water river - a wonderful start to our day! Breakfast was really delicious with lots of variety. Garden and pool area was very pretty and a lovely place to relax as well.

De Rust'ta, Oudtshoorn Golf Sahası'na 34 km mesafede yer alan Hotel De Rust'ta ortak salon, ücretsiz özel otopark, restoran ve bar bulunur. Beautiful Hotel situated in De Rust. Fantastic location, and excellent hosts. Room is neat with new towels and clean linen. Staying in this Hotel takes you back to the good old days, with modern luxuries you would expect such as good Wifi and an air-con in some of the rooms. Safe and secure parking behind a locked gate. We stayed over during the Meiringspoort Challenge, and the host arranged for us to keep our bicycles safely locked in the dining room of the Hotel. Breakfast included a race-pack for the mountain bikers, and the next morning we had a delicious breakfast with eggs, bacon, a hash brown and toast, together with a nice cup of coffee.

Uniondale şehir merkezinde yer alan Schulteheim Hotel, 1884 yılında ünlü Carl Otto Hager tarafından tasarlanmış Tarihi Hollanda Reform Kilisesi'nin karşısındadır. The hotel isn't much out of ordinary, but the hospitality & helpfulness of manager Regi, made our short stay in Uniondale memorable and pleasant. The breakfast was great as well.
