This Hotel is my next home i love the facilities and the package that they offer and the staff is so friendly they take a big care oof us the moment we arrive until we check out starting from the welcome Ms Darijan welcome us with her beautiful smile and Ms Anna took care of our check in with making sure that all is great with the room and having a check up with Ms Anisha of Guests relations to make it super comfortable. The pool side is the place were we had our most time and big thanks for Mr Bincent the director of pool he is so professional and he make sure we and everyone over there are enjoying every moment of the facilities and activities, he is the right man in the right place following with our dinner was amazing at the restaurant the staff is so helpful and can deal with everything under pressure so good and help with big smile Ahmad and DG they was making sure we are enjoying our meals finally I highly recommend this hotel as a best place to enjoy a pleasant relaxing stay for all occasions best Hotel and Rixos is the Best OverAll ❤️

Outstanding, amazing, how friendly, polite & lovely the staff of the hotel is! The quality of food served at breakfast and dinner is very exklusive and nothing is missing. Every wish comes true! The suites are beautiful and the pool area is nice to relax.
