I wish I knew all the other names from housekeeping to the pool.It was Christmas and they were very busy but we felt very well looked after! Our room was amazing,823,I would recommend it.The best sleep Ive had in a hotel ever. The spa and staff were incredible.The pool staff were amazing and the beach.Its a really great hotel with a perfect location in South Beach so you can walk to Ocean Drive or shop on Lincoln Road. Five stars to this hotel.It must be managed very well! This is a genuine review.

This Pent House Condo is beautiful!! Very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. There were lots of blush towels, amenities, everything your could ever need in the kitchen, and the views were the best!! The food and drinks available at the pool side Tiki bar and lower level cafe were good and reasonably priced. We loved having a store available on the lower level for breakfast items, beer, and wine. Mona, the owner of this unit, was very friendly and helpful with all my questions and took care of little issues that came up when checking in and valet parking. She was quick to respond, which we greatly appreciated. We loved this condo!

My stay at The Ritz was near perfect. The service and staff from the reception to the restaurants (shoutout to Gobi!) to the beach staff and cleaning crews went above and beyond for us. I required some accommodations due to health issues and they were able to make me as comfortable as possible. A huge thank you to everyone who took care of us. The hotel itself is small and very easy to get around, it’s super clean and overall beautiful. Would definitely stay here again for my next visit.
