I liked the everything about the hotel! They served a fabulous breakfast with a good variation during our 3 night stay. The incredible service provided by Ms sophia, the front office manager is much appreciated. Thank you so much to the staff including Ms Sophia for providing us a warm and cozy stay ❤️ 😊 💕

everything especially the staff. one time we ordered grilled chicken but the waiter didn’t understand and brought fried chicken instead. later on the reception called and cancelled the order from the bill because it was not what we asked for without any request from us. thanks to all the hotel staff

Mr Nam was very kind during our stay. We enjoyed the scenery very much especially in the morning, breakfast is great, room is clean and facilities are as expected. Room is quiet and serene, good place for relaxation.

The hotel is brilliant - Nice a quaint yet has all the facilities and luxuries. The staff were amazing and managed to arrange a private cooking class with Sous Chef Mung. Was an amazing experience and Mung showed me the market and how to cook 4 traditional dishes (he then served it to me in the restaurant. Highlight of my trip and great to see such an experienced chef go about his business. Would 100% recommend and will come back again.

Beautiful, modern, clean and peaceful acommodation, not busy (maybe 6 people all in?) .Very calm relaxing experience. Little bit remote - and that's good! Hard access track and expensive taxi if you're staying longer and plan to do daily trips around Sapa / Supan.

If you want to touch to Sa Pa rural life- this is your place. Lovely place with lovely people. It’s worth every penny.
