One of the highlights of my stay was the spa area, complemented by both an indoor and outdoor heated pool. It provided a perfect sanctuary to relax and rejuvenate, especially after spending the day skiing. The cleanliness and ambiance of the spa area, along with the professionalism of the staff, contributed to a truly therapeutic experience. Moreover, the affordability of St. Ivan Rilski Hotel, in comparison to similar ski holiday hotels in Turkey, is worth noting. It offers exceptional value for money, combining excellent facilities, service, and location at a fraction of the cost. Katarino SPA Hotel is situated at the foot of the Rila Mountain, 8 km away from Bansko ski resort and 2 km away from Razlog. Best customer service I've experienced in Bulgaria. Everything is extremely organized, down to the smallest detail. Very friendly staff, great facilities, many activities for kids - treasure hunt, kids disco, horseback riding and more.

The apartment is very close to the gondola, very good value for money, clean and warm, has everything you need even for a longer stay. The apartment was super luxurious, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The surrounding is so relaxing and beautiful with amazing Mountain Views. I recommend with both hands and will be back very soon.
