The igloos were extremely comfortable and well stocked with everything you needed. Winter clothing and outdoor gear readily available. We went snowshoeing amongst the reindeer, which was incredible. Mia is a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious!!

Set by Lake Kilpisjärvi off the E8 motorway, this resort is within 7 km of the Swedish and Norwegian borders. It offers cottages and apartments with private saunas, full kitchens and free Wi-Fi. We stayed in one of the deluxe villas, it was absolutely stunning, we watched the northern lights dance above while cosy and warm in the cabin and then woke to fresh snowfall! I cannot recommend the property, location and the hosts enough, definitely one we’ll remember.
