Excellent value for money as the services include pick up from the airport as well as the provision of amazing activities and how flexible and accommodating the owner is. Each cabin is designed in such a manner that caters for your every need and it’s quite special - very well laid out. The food at the restaurant was out of this world and includes options that are very local and unique. They include and showcase local Finnish design and local Finnish products/produce. They even have some in house Reindeers who are quite cute and you can even feed them. The details on the property are indeed truly special and unique as most of the items are hand made by the family including a Floating sauna.

Set on a private beach area of Lake Iso-Vietonen, these cottages are within 50 minutes’ drive of Rovaniemi and Pello. Each features a private sauna, free WiFi and lake-view terrace. - Extraordinary location, easy to reach by car (~1 hour drive from Rovaniemi). Main roads are well-maintained, the final road is cleaned by the family with their amazing tractor. - Gorgeous nature with a forest around the house on one side and a lake shore on the other. We skied across the lake and reached wild woods on the other side. - Extremely private and quiet location. Perfect for stargazing and aurora hunting. Yet the hosts are nearby if needed. - Great facilities: ski rental, snowmobile rental, their own reindeer farm. Talk to the hosts about a reservation. - Kitchen stocked with everything. Oil, salt, coffee, utensils, pots and pans are all abundantly present. - True Finnish sauna in a separate cubicle attached to the house. Wood fireplace in the house. Wood is provided for the whole stay.

Opened in December 2012, this Finnish Lapland property is set in Ranua Wildlife Park, 5 minutes’ drive from central Ranua. Polecam każdemu, najlepsza miejscówka w okolicach Rovaniemi (1h dojazdu). Świetnie zorganizowane wycieczki, domki są super, cieplutkie i wygodne. Dzieci szczęśliwe. Na malutki minus to brak możliwości odwołania wycieczki (nie ma zwrotów pieniędzy) ale można się dogadać i w tej kwocie wziąć lunch, kolację lub inną wycieczkę. Problem jest jak dziecko się rozchoruje wtedy nie liczcie na zwrot pieniędzy. Okolica jej wspaniała, fajne zoo, restauracje.

Sunday Morning Resort features a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and shared lounge in Pyhätunturi. I loved the hotel, the staff was very helpful and friendly . They made us feel very welcomed . They had an excellent sauna and a fine dinner with excellent food.
