This was my second time staying at Mutiara! I absolutely love it here! If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful retreat into nature, then this place is a great option (and so close to Singapore). The beach is perfect and private, the food is healthy and fresh, and the staff is super nice and accommodating. The river spa is a fantastic bonus as well…one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. I will be back!

Enjoying a beachfront location on the beautiful island of Bintan, The Sanchaya offers a luxurious getaway with a private beach area and a scenic outdoor pool. EXCEPTIONAL service - thanks especially to Enu & Eku. Beautiful space and feeling of an oasis. Rooms were so beautiful, comfortable & luxurious. All of the public areas were out of this world - the library, restaurant, pool, gym. Phenomenal meals, the food was so good and loved the option of trying different cuisines. Very relaxing and pampering but low key oasis. It felt like staying at a luxurious private estate. A truly EXCEPTIONAL property.

WiFi is accessible in all areas free of charge. - super nice staff in the resort and during the transfer - beautiful beaches and infinitely pool - local and western food at breakfast buffet - we were upgraded to a privat pool beach view villa because one of the windows in the original house broke

Offering the largest outdoor pool in Southeast Asia, Natra Bintan is situated in Treasure Bay in the Bintan Region. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the water park and games room. The Glamping Tents are well maintained, well decorated, clean and comfortable. The lagoon is beautiful and there are many activities to do there. The restaurant and cafe both had great food and service All staff would go there extra step to make sure everything was perfect. They were all extremely helpful.

You could mix-and-match and have whatever you wanted. Having a complimentary breakfast was much needed, especially since the hotel is tucked away from most of the food places that are accessible in the Northwest and Southwest districts.
