Rooms are amazing, beach is absolutely stunning, staff is super friendly, and the Restaurant is great. All of the staff I talked to speaks English exceptionally well an were helpful at any stage.

Um hotel espetacular, lindo, com funcionários super amorosos e simpáticos! Os quartos são muito bons, muito confortáveis e muito limpos! Durante o dia e mesmo nos quartos os funcionários estão sempre a deixar uns pequenos mimos! É super bonito, com óptimas vistas e um lindo por do sol! Super recomendável!

Com amplas piscinas exteriores e uma área de praia privada, o Katamaran Resort situa-se em Senggigi, na Região Lombok. Um verdadeiro paraíso. O ambiente, o Staff, a comida (pequeno-almoço, almoço e jantar) fizeram da nossa estadia um dos pontos altos na nossa viagem. A piscina é um dos grandes ex-libris, frente para o mar e quando o sol se põe é deslumbrante. O restaurante The kliff é incrível, não é muito caro e a comida é divinal. Este alojamento foi super atencioso connosco, mesmo sabendo que éramos um casal Lgbt.

Very friendly staff, especially the owner and manager Antonio, who makes you feel like you are at home. It was very clean (rooms are cleaned two times a day) and comfortable. Close to open air Aston cinema, away from all the noise of the town. Breakfast is good and it saves you from having to find a place to eat in the morning. The pool is well maintained.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and there are so many things I absolutely loved about it! First and foremost, the hotel is impeccably clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. It's clear that the staff takes great care in maintaining a pristine environment for guests. The view from the hotel is nothing short of breathtaking. Waking up to such a stunning vista was a true highlight of my stay. Speaking of the staff, their service was top-notch. The team was incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with a warm and friendly demeanor. AZIZ and Nanas were absolute stars, caring and attentive for anything I needed during my stay. The entire team organised surprise for my birthday, I felt absolutely amazing. One of the best things about this place is its tranquility and peace. It's the ideal location for a mental and physical reset. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I had the opportunity to experience one of the spa treatments, and it was absolutely amazing. However, it was so popular that I couldn't secure another appointment during my stay. Perhaps the hotel could consider hiring more spa staff or even offering room service massages to accommodate more guests. Don't miss the sunset at the main pool – it's truly a breathtaking sight. The live band added a fantastic ambiance to the evening, making it even more memorable. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a remarkable experience, and I can't wait to return.

This place truly impressed me with its commitment to eco-friendly practices. It's refreshing to stay somewhere that prioritizes sustainability. The hospitality was excellent – the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. But what really stole the show were the views. The combination of the ocean and the surrounding land was breathtaking. I could have spent hours gazing out at the scenery. And let's not forget the food! The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, a perfect way to start the day. I especially recommend the Ikan-Ikan spring rolls – they were a true taste sensation. Overall, I can't recommend this place highly enough. If you're looking for an eco-friendly stay with stunning views and delicious food, look no further!

Com vista do jardim, Tropik Resort Lombok localiza-se em Selong Belanak e possui um restaurante, um salão partilhado, bar, jardim, piscina exterior aberta todo o ano e terraço. We were travelling with kids and sensitive toddler, so decent kitchen appliances are something that is really nice to have. The property have stove and big fridge which we are grateful for, and comfy sofa, spacious space, lastly the Tropik team was super helpful during our stay.
