Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranged my transport to and from the airport and Old Town Phuket, in-room massages, and had plenty of other ideas for activities. I ate breakfast every morning at the hotel next door, so close it felt like the same property—the food was more Western than traditional Thai but all delicious, and couldn't beat the convenience.
