Very helpful staff, especially ms Alice, who made sure we felt comfortable at all times. Room was big and tidy, we had our best sleep in Vietnam, beautiful views on Halong bay in the morning. Food was delicious, drinks resonably priced (beer 2€, cocktails 6€, cola 1.5€) and we loved kayaking & squid fishing (almost got 1!).

They have incredible food at this place. Its quitr clean and they have a beautiful garden. The couple and the staffs here are amazing and super helpfull ^^ we enjoy the stay very much!! The Vinpearl Resort & Spa Amidst The Tapestry Of Ha Long Magic Escape the ordinary and surrender to luxury at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Ha Long, just a five-minute speedboat ride from the shores of Ha... Beautiful location. I especially loved the ladies that gave us a massage. They took their time to and made sure we were completely relaxed from beginning to end. Unfortunately I have forgotten their names 🥺. The ferry to the hotel was also lovely. 5 start treatment.

It was very easy to check in, the owner came immediately after a call from the reception. The appartement was as on the pictures, even more beautiful! The sea view was AMAZING!!! There is a balcony where you could have a coffee/tea in the morning while admiring the view. It was even more breathtaking in the night time when the city lights out! Mr Thuy was amazing and helpful. We could ask anything, he made sure it’s done! He even followed up days after we left his appartement to be sure we were alright! It felt like being part of a family!

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, mountain view and a balcony, Mon Homestay Hạ Long is situated in Ha Long. The rooms were spacious clean and the facilities were great with a good kitchen and a few spices and sauces which was a nice touch, a TV with netflix is always a great addition. The hosts are amazing and lovely, they will help with any requests or questions, they organised a tour of the bay for us which was amazing. They are a lovely family and so helpful.
