Love the hotel. Walls a bit thin: I could hear the showers in the next room and a guest coughing, and the smell of the cleaning products is too strong; however atleast you know the room has been cleaned, it is very comfortable and fantastic value for money.

The Carpets are a little weary. Could do with a rest.

This property is very well presented and welcoming. The staff are charming. Extra touches like the kitchen, baggage store and a patio make a two or three night stay here well worthwhile. The bathrooms are a very tight squeeze but the shower pressure is great. Will make this my go to stay when I'm in town for business

In the communal kitchen, sometimes the paper towels ran out and once there was a shortage of bowls. However, the other guests at the hotel did their dishes and kept it clean.

The hotel was centrally located for the events that we planned to do during the trip. In fact it was only a 5 min walk to Hayes Theatre and Kings Cross train station, and a 20 min walk to the Australian Museum, the NSW art gallery and St Mary's Cathedral. The amenities at the hotel were very convenient, the laundry and small kitchen were an unexpected bonus. Our room, although small, was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Some areas that did not reflect the price that I paid.(I paid $185) 1. It would be good to have a power outlet that includes USB for phone charging. 2. A basic coffee pod machine would be a good addition 3. The bathroom was clean and well stocked, but was very small.

The team at reception were super friendly and even added additional value by making restaurant suggestions. The location is conveniently close to KX but in a quiet street that is just across from a Harris Farm store. The size of the room and high ceilings were excellent, while the bed, TV and shower were all good quality (the important stuff:-))

Musty smell in the room , not all that unpleasant and could have been due to the huge amount of rain we’ve had recently. Towels not snowy white but clean all the same

I almost had to step over the toilet to access the shower. Smallest bathroom I have ever seen. I’m a fit - reasonable agile 65 year old so I could manage but it would not be suitable for people with limited mobility, flexibility, balance or bigger folk.

Worn out carpet in my #105… Shower needs a run of Selastic inside at floor level to arrest leaks to outer tiles (a slip hazard at my age of 75!)

Felt like it needed a little love. Carpet was ripped in places, marks and scuffs on walls, bathroom felt a bit old.

Lovely staff, comfy bed, good size room, good location, facilities were what you need and functionally good. Room would feel good value with more than 2 people.

Excellent location, 3 minutes walk from Kings Cross station, next to Woolworths supermarket. 30 minutes walk to the city centre. The room is not big but quite comfortable. friendly staff.

The bathroom was fine but just very tiny and there was a decent amount of noise from the lane behind early in the morning but given where it is located that is kind of expected. Overall a good place to stay!
