We loved everything about Les Lofts Ste-Anne! The space was perfect for our family of four. Our children loved the bunk beds, and the kids' chalk board provided hours of fun after sightseeing. We were able to walk everywhere so the location was perfect. The staff was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great trip!

Amazing location right in the center with a short walk to all the main attractions. The owner has sent very detailed instructions on how to reach the place, where to park (which is extremely convenient and right across the street), places to visit and a great guide of where to eat. The room was nice and clean, with a small well-equipped kitchen.

Music from restaurant below could be heard through closed windows. Music did end at a reasonable hour though (10:30pm)

The parking in the old Quebec city is not that convenient, but the host gave some very good advice.

Location was excellent, loft host was very responsive, shower had great water pressure, room was a good size. There was a double bed and a twin size/day bed. Both beds were comfortable. The room was a good size and there was a kitchenette with a two burner electric stove and nespresso machine. There was a laundry room which was convenient. The location was right in the middle of the city- couldnt have been better. The loft is around the corner from the information/tour office, and within a 5 minute walk to all of the city "highlights/ things to see". The coffee shop next store had the best pastries we were able to find (better than Palliard). The parking was not included and there is a lot across the street for $17.90 CAD/ day. We were able to find street parking as well.

Wonderful furnishings and location is perfect. So cozy and convenient. Bunk beds were perfect for the kids. Kitchen Appliances all new and clean. Lovely stay and views over town.

Was a little noisy, music from restaurant below was a little loud at night and you could hear a lot of people walking by the windows. We were there for the winter carnival so guessing it’s not typically like that.

The location is so convenient. The lofts are clean and nicely decorated. The check in process is easy.

There should have been more instructions on how to use the appliances. We never did figure out how to run the dishwasher and the coffee maker was a bit of a mystery until we experimented with it. Also, we had trouble finding the place when we first arrived a very detailed map would be helpful.

Location was perfect for attending the Christmas Market which was literally right outside the front door. Even without the Christmas Market the location is perfect for exploring the old city. Facilities were excellent. We were pleasantly surprised to have a Christmas tree in the apartment, even if it did take us 2 days to figure out there were lights if we plugged them in.

The loft is super cozy with great amenities. The location is also very convenient. You could probably get to any attraction sites within a few minutes. The host is very considerate and helpful throughout the experience! Great experience overall!

Everything was great. The room was really clean and wide enough for two people. Perfect location for trip with great view, it looked so pretty with the snow. Definitely will visit again! Thank you Julie for sending the glasses we left there.
