I stayed on the top floor apartment. The apartment was huge and had everything that I needed for my one night stay. The views of Brno from this apartment were a real bonus for me. The owner could not have been more helpful and kindly directed me to the nearby Piccolo Bar for food (superb food!). This apartment more than met my requirements and delivered a perfect night's rest.

An extremely minor issue that probably wouldn't bother most was that the balcony curtains didn't seem to quite cover the whole glazed area but I admit to being fussy about light when sleeping and easily remedied temporarily!

My brief stay here really was absolutely perfect and the owner was so welcoming. The sizable apartment felt more like a home and provided a perfect night's rest. The garden is amazing - simply stunning and was the perfect place to relax after a tiring day's travel. I left Pardubice wishing that I could have stayed here for longer!

- The staff was terribly rude. We emailed them the day before to ask about dropping off our luggage but did not receive a response at all, even after their working hours started so we dragged our big luggages on the rocky roads over to their reception which was about 10 mins away. When we arrived at the reception, we asked to dropped our luggages for a while however the lady at the counter said we were supposed to leave it under our building. However despite us telling her that there was no staff or security in our building she said “did you try using the bell?” And i said no, because there were no signs or instructions to do so, so how were we supposed to know? So she just said “well, you just have to walk back”. Considering that its by the same chain, the hotel should have the courtesy to at least let us leave it there, especially when they were the one who failed to provide us with the relevant information. However, even if its not possible, that would have been acceptable if she rejected us in a respectful way, however she was extremely rude throughout the whole exchange, giving excuses and making it sound like it was my own fault for coming over even though no information was provided to me by the hotel. I’ve never felt so disrespected and angry before, and would not recommend other people as its not worth being treated this way. There are plenty of other similar options in the area. - they don’t clean your rooms if you stay less than 5 days - no fresh water provided - bed faces the toilet & the toilet has no door. Shower area/bath tub can be seen through the frosted glass from the living room if the bedroom door is open
