My friends gave me rockstar status for booking this place. The Inn had a cozy historical ambiance and the breakfast was huge and varied. Beds were comfy and linens were good quality. Location was great and quiet. We also enjoyed the wine fridge and glasses in our room. Everyone said they would stay there again.

Spa massages were excellent as was the equipment in the physical fitness area. The indoor pool was large and well maintained. The sauna with three rooms also was very nice. People were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel needs an English speaking tv station such as BBC or CNN. When the guests struggle with the German language, it is difficult to get the up to date news. There needs to be a bulletin board at the front desk showing yoga classes and other offerings to the guests.

Nice views from the room and hotel lobby. The room is really quiet.

1. Hotel lobby has a bar where there are several drunk people and is very noisy. One guy said some pretty racist things to me at the elavator. This is definitely red flag. I was so frustrated. 2. Overall efficiency and cleaning issue. - House keeping is only available every three days - They gave me a connecting room with asking for my consent at reception. After I called and requested change, it took them over half an hour to change the room for me and messed up my request once in between. - Also, the new room was a bit dusty and I had to wipe the radiator, decks, and shacked the blanket. 3. Staff not friendly at all. My food delivery was stolen. I know it was not their fault in the end, but the receptionist's attitude was really cold and discomforting. 4. Kinda far away from the subway station. 5. No slippers available for adults.

To be honest, we were not particularly happy with the stay.

The room we were given had a broken lock, and we could not lock it. The receptionist was not very eager to give us a new room. We generally found him not that polite. He was more interested in using his mobile phone than helping us. We also found the room a bit cold to our liking, and there was no extra duvet/blanket to use.
