We were looking for accommodation that is traditional yet equipped with modern facilities. We absolutely loved how spacious our room was with a small balcony overlooking the cable car. The staff were extremely helpful and ensured that the food is catered to our needs - extremely content with the service and the food choices and ambience. Staff have done their duties beyond excellence. Onsen was great and not crowded. My kid loved the room so much that he was reluctant to leave the room. He was thrilled to wear Yukata of his size for the first time. The whole experience left us speechless and extremely grateful to the staff. I highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful, we wished we had stayed for longer! The facilities were clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly and set up our futons. The sentō was clean and relaxing. The location was fantastic, and although it was close to the main road and train station, it was quiet. We opted to have a traditional breakfast, and it was delicious. We really enjoyed this traditional experience and will be back again.i

There was only a small area to store luggage so it was difficult to get things out of our suitcases.

This is a magical place, with one of the most beautiful views. The design of the house is very beautiful and the location was like a poetic ending to our Kumano Kodo trail. However, the most exceptional is the host. We have never felt so like home and so well taken care of.

Room is small even booked family size Swimming pool is small too, and charging fee Hotel takes tourist group, expecting large group of people There are smoking vents provided, but suction effect need to improve, of course better than other hotel Already above level

Very friendly staff, kept very clean and comparable, everything felt of a high quality and all our requests were met with ease. Breakfast was good too!

It’s a little further from Osaka station than I realised, and a 25 min walk to Dotonbori is a little far too, but it’s close to a train station and everything else was great.

Amenities weren’t the best, had a sewerage smell in the front half of the apartment. Beds very unconfirmed for larger bodied folk, had to use the trundle mattress on top of the other mattress to be slightly comfortable.
