Nice room and shower, comfy bed, good location (although slightly far from Hakata Station). Great free breakfast, free coffee, fast and smooth elevator, and cleanliness. Definitely would stay again.

Clean facilities, amenities, public bath, excellent breakfast buffet, close to Kyoto station, next to a 7/11 and a coffee shop, walking distance to an indoor mall, with a grocery store.

1. Had a "not that easy time" in communicating with the hotel staff in English. 2. The hotel staff was not sure how to handle such a situation when a certain day's breakfast was missed. The staff at the restaurant was not friendly when I presented the previous day's breakfast voucher. This incident really made me feel uncomfortable. 3. I hope that the hotel staff could be "more willing" when I asked for extra coffee/creamer packs. Come on, for this kind of stuff!
