It was great.

The location was perfect, very convenient. I saw some reviews that said it's located on a dodgy alleyway ... I don't agree. It is on a side street, but I felt very safe at all times coming and going and I didn't think it was dodgy at all! The room was small, as expected but we did fit x2 large adults and x4 large suitcases in the room without too much discomfort. Staff were very nice and helpful. They have a coin laundry ( 300 yen to wash and 100 yen per 15 mins of drying). You can buy detergent from the front desk for 50 yen. This was really helpful for a week's stay. We got fresh towels everyday, and the room was cleaned once during our stay. This was clearly explained on booking, and there was no drama.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, sits in the city centre and very close to train station that can commute directly to the airport. Can walk down to shop and eat conveniently. Room is small (expected) but neat and clean. They do not do room clean daily but once in 3 days which is also fine with us.

The rooms really need some TLC (scuff marks and scratches all over the walls). Also, we were glad we only had carry-on sized luggage in the room.

Great location that is close to attractions and public transit. Luggage storage service was appreciated. Clean bathroom.

This is an excellent place for a brief stop. Room was small but perfectly convenient, clean and efficient. I was on my own and felt safe. Very friendly staff and location is great for the main attractions and trains.

Limited washing/drying facilities which are outside the back of the hotel. Our clothes got a bit wet when moving from washer to dryer due to rain. Small room but fairly standard for Japan. Corridors open to the air so freezing cold when walking from elevator to room (this looked as though it was being renovated however).

Comfortable beds, rooms well decorated. Helpful staff, was able to leave luggage prior to checking in and borrow an umbrella for the rain. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Communal board games available to borrow. Great location, very close to Dotonburi area.

The check out time is 10am, but check in time is 15:00. The check out time is quite wird for people from Europe where it is normally 12. the bathroom is too small and the tap for the washbasin is quite bad because the water flow is too heavy and you will make the water everywhere.

The only downside is that the room is quite small compared to other places we stayed at in our 3 weeks in Japan. Not anything dramatic, but it is worth mentioning if you're concerned with space in your room.

We had a great stay! The hotel's location is amazing. You're in the center of Namba, close to the action and a walk away from the train/subway station. At the same time, our room was queit and we enjoyed both worlds. The hotel and room are clean and the staff is friendly.

The room is tiny, but they really make the space work. The attention to detail is great, the breakfast delicious, the location amazing. For the price, we were really impressed.
