It was not my first time booking at Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur, and it will not be the last OfCourse, its location is one of the best, i love its wide window city view, the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room. Overall, it was perfect. i really enjoyed my staying there.

good for price. bed is ok. no bugs at all. water heater functioning but slow. location is nice near with attraction/night market. theres people telling me the surrounding is not safe but for my 2 days stay, nothing happen and i feel safe soo no issue.

Staffs are helpful and friendly, specially Mr. Tai. The location of the hotel is very close to the mall and everything is convenient. This is the second time for me to visit the hotel, and if I will visit again I will definitely come back.

The house is spacious. The price also very affordable, suitable for a group of people to stay there.

The instruction of check in is damn bad. Even the guard also do not know the instruction. We spend more than one hour to find how to go up to the lift. Yet, the host gives the instruction very late. Also, they dun allow you to change the date.
