The house was clean, beautiful and had basic kitchen equipment. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Possibility of barbecue and children's playground. We went to visit Energylandia, so I also chose based on the distance. If we go next time, we will definitely choose this accommodation again.

Nice, spacious space, very clean, had all the amenities we needed. Very easy and clear instructions on how to access the place. The host responded very quickly to any questions we had. Location within walking distance to the old town . Safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this accommodation.

It's located on the fourth floor with no elevator,which we knew, but it could be challenging for some people to climb all the steps up.

Walking distance to the major attractions, great breakfast and very kind staff. Also the place was very quiet, which after a long day you can appreciate a lot! I would come back without hesitation!

During our stay it was very quite which I liked. Also it was just a few meters away from ropeway. Host was kind, before arrival I asked baby high chair and crib which where provided.

A bit luck of Cleanliness. You could find a lot of cobweb. Also at the balcony there was smoked cigaret left. And one of the frying pan was dirty.

As for 4* Hotel, disappointing. Lack of care, lack of hospitality from all staff members at the reception. At the check in, no basic information given(check out or facilities of the hotel, payment taken upon the arrival, you won’t find any info in your hotel Room). We did not enjoy position of the room (room faced noisy Main Street) as there is no air con it was impossible to keep windows closed, with every tram passing by the hotel, you will feel it. Bathrooms definitely need a deep cleaning. Reception team: zero engagement, dealt with 3 different people neither of you wished us a nice stay or asked on the check out if we enjoyed it. You are the business card of the hotel (beautiful history), hospitality is something that Poland always been proud of. You have a bit of work to do. Don’t be afraid to ask for a feedback… without it you will never know what can be done better or how you can improve and become again the best hotel and the team in the city. Fab location, beautiful building but pretty much it.
