In a good location. Convenient for everything. 15 minute walk to French Quarter and being just off the centre it was nice and quiet . Our room was spacious and bed very comfy but bathroom was tiny. Nice to have the lap pool.

We found it expensive for the overall experience. Some things need a bit of attention. Bathroom was dated. No walk in shower. Hot top in the spa didn’t bubble. Sauna not hot. No working lockers in the changing room. They ran out of bottled water

I had booked 2 rooms and they had only allocated 1. Lucky they weren’t full and could find the second room but it was on another floor away from us.

Dirty, duvet disgusting. Asked to change linen and duvet, showed pictures but never got changed. Power sockets not working, couldn’t charge phones. Very cold.
