The entrance doesn't feel warm or welcoming, it more feels like a gait/check-in, which you see at the airport.

Unfortunately in hotel was very dirty, started in lobby and inclusive my room. The toilet simply stank so for the price 129 euro I can expect min. that hotel will take care abt higieny.

Not much frankly. It was more than suitable for an overnight stay near thematisiert.

I was impressed by the huge rooms which were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was basic but decent and you can also get to-go cups for your coffee at the lobby. The location is very convenient (near the airport) for an early transit. All in all this was a great value for money.

When we arrived we had no check-in code yet, because we decided to stayed in this hotel late at night due to a problem with DB trains. The staff at the reception hall was not very happy with the fact that we decided to wait for the code from booking.com, instead of paying another price at the hall (which was more expensive!). Also, we had to walk about 25 minutes to reach the hotel from the train station, but the weather was nice, so it wasn't a big problem.

The bed linens were super comfy. The self-checkin was also very nice.

Bathroom wasn't cleanest (it was just old, came into years), but usable. Shower head detached few times and it leaked. Room could use more lights, there were no sockets near the bed.

We spent here 2 nights (2 people) and it was okay. Parking was free, althought I read on booking site that it was 18€/day, didnt ask why, I was just happy to hear it. The receptionist explained to us that breakfest is 6-11 a.m., coffee machine is free for all and there are pizza, sandwich and french fries machine that work 24/7. Quality of pizza: well, it was frozen pizza made in vending machine :) Room was clean, had a safe, TV, minibar, kettle. In bathroom is hairdryer. The hotel is not far from airport, but we didn't hear any planes inside of our room.

The AC in the room was not working when we checked in late evening, and even after informing the reception, although he tried to suggest adjusting the knobs, he mentioned that nothing could be done, as there was no technician then available. We had a sleepless night, as the room was very hot. Thats very bad, when you have booked only for one night as a transit...the Ratings could have been better, if the AC was working in the room as mentioned on the booking site.

The desk was left completely filthy some left over food stuck to laminate, loads of dirt around the carpet, extremely loud from the construction next door even at night, air conditioning mention in booking is a big lie it doesn't exist at all, apparently anywhere in the hotel rooms only felt a little of it down at reception, lift extremely slow takes forever to come.

Parking costs extra. I chose "With Parking", "Wifi", "Own Bathroom". Everything included except for parking. But its not mentioned anywhere. You get to your hotel "with parking" and they demand 10 € extra per night, because "this is like this everywhere". What a stupid explanation.

I am extremely infuriated and deeply disappointed with the abysmal taxi service to the airport. Let me start by saying that when I booked the taxi, they didn't bother to inquire about the number of people accompanying me. How can they provide an appropriate vehicle without even asking such a basic question? I specifically asked if I could pay by card, and the receptionist at the hotel assured me that it was indeed possible. So imagine my shock when the taxi driver demanded a staggering 120 EUR for a mere 10 km ride, when I was initially quoted 30 EUR. As if that weren't enough, the taxi arrived a whopping 17 minutes late, leaving me in a state of utter frustration. And to top it all off, the driver had the audacity to inform me that payment could only be made in cash. However, he conveniently mentioned that if I didn't have enough cash, I could use my card but with an additional charge of 5 EUR per person. This is nothing short of extortion! I must express my utmost disappointment in BeeOne Hotel for partnering with such an unscrupulous taxi company like BLACK CAR. This reflects poorly on their management and raises serious concerns about their commitment to providing a pleasant and hassle-free experience for their guests. Instead of subjecting visitors to these unpleasant situations, the hotel should consider implementing a shuttle bus service to the airport or carefully selecting trustworthy transportation partners. I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and that necessary actions will be taken to rectify this appalling situation. It is imperative that both the taxi company and the hotel understand the importance of delivering reliable and transparent services to their customers.

to pay for parking and 9am construction started by our room.

We checked in at 2am and asked the reception if we can check out at 12 noon instead of 11am, and we were told we have to pay extra and we must pay for parking and one night before i stayed here and did not pay for parking. but when i was booking online it said parking is free. it around 9am drilling and constriction started near our room and we couldn't sleep.
