There was no actual blanket, and the room was cold. So on top of just bed linen I had to cover myself during the night with towels, to avoid wearing clothes to sleep. The walls between rooms are really thin, so since our neighbours stayed up talking up to early morning, we heard everything. There is only one tiny bathroom for 7 or so rooms, so be prepared to wait to take the shower. The cleanliness of the bathroom was not too rave about.

Location is good, easy to reach from metro, quiet residential area, so no outside noises.

extremely noisy. no staff is there to ensure that people do not talk loud or slam doors at 2 am, which happened every night i stayed there. i tried to use the chat and email but git no answer. many people were suck out of the door as the system put in place is really unreliable (you need your phone to enter the building and the room, if your battery is low or u forget your phone in the room when going to the toilet good luck to enter then!)

Sometimes the shower water was on the cold side, but it was still bearable. The other residents were very inconsiderate and were being obnoxiously loud through 11pm till 4am some nights, and there was no active phone number to complain of this. However this was just one night out of 5 and the rest we slept perfectly in the comfy beds.

The room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. Basic, but for the price it was more than I expected. I was initially worried about the shared bathroom, but there are cleaners everyday so it was completely spotless! The location is great for both bus and Metro too!

Strong smell from bathroom across from my room (room 10 floor 2) Walls are paper thin, and you can hear neighbouring rooms' conversations. Probably wouldn't stay in this area if I didn't need easy access to Chamartin.

The location was good as we needed a base for an early train out of the nearby Chamartin Station. The room was clean, and WiFi was good. The self check in and access to building/rooms were done via email, which was so handy. Good value for Money.

Walls are very thin so you hear everything from the neighbors. Other guests are not considerate when they come back in the middle of the night (they let the doors slam shut instead of closing them softly, and talk loudly in the hallways) so I was woken up a lot. My room was also very hot and opening the small window in the far corner didn’t help much to cool it off

The website states it has AC. It has a fan in the room which does nothing on a 40 degree day, it was like a sauna especially on the third floor. All the reviews about the walls being paper thin are very true! Don’t come if you don’t want to hear things. Also would be nice to have a fridge even in the common area, would be used way more than a microwave in the summer.

We thought the system to get in and out was easy, using our phones to unlock the doors but I’m not sure how we would’ve done that if our phones weren’t on (if you’re with a partner forward them the email so you both have it) Bathrooms and common areas were clean

The unlock/check out system by email. It's very handy, but at the same time we depend on internet connection. If there was a problem, there is no one to attend you. There was only one bathroom and it was not super clean. There was no air conditioning, only a fan

The emailing. They did several reminders about check out, to warn that there is a 30€ fee for late check out. The technology was surprising for me, as the doors unlock with a code on my email. .

The walls were paper-thin, making it noisy and disruptive. Additionally, the cleanliness and cramped space were disappointing., but improvements are needed for sound insulation, cleanliness, and providing a more spacious environment.

To enter in this hotel you need to have your phone charged and with WiFi so you can open the doors to get in Also if you booked with the bathroom outside the bedroom every time you go out or to the bathroom you need to get your phone with you. Otherwise you will stay outside of your room. There’s no people to talk if you have some problem Also I stayed for 3 nights and my bedroom wasn’t cleaned.

the room was barely cleaned, it smelled like a huge afterparty - we had the windows open from the minute we checked in till the check out. Walls extremely thin, you can hear all your neighbours breathing 😮‍💨 On the first floor in the common room area smells like in a Serbian pub, massive cigarette smoke - even though its written everywhere that you cannot smoke - feels like nothing else is happening there only smoking..

the bed was surpgrisingly comfortable and the bedding felt nice and cosy. Also the shower was pretty nice with a hairdryer in it - very usefull

Only facilities for food preparation were a hot/cold water dispenser and microwave (no plates/cutlery), so some improvisation is necessary to make dinner. Room was a little dingy but overall satisfactory. Bathroom needs to be dusted. Lockers would be nice for valuables but I think the rooms are safe.

Easy access location to a main metro line. No reception so you let yourself into the hotel via mobile. Lots of privacy, big beds and good WiFi. Good value for price.
