Car park space is a bit tight, the dimensions were communicated in advance. As we needed a big car rental, we opted to park in a nearby car park which was about a 3 minute walk away so it wasn’t a problem.

Great place to stay in Port de Soller. 5 minute flat walk to the port with restaurants and beach. House is beautifully decorated and had all we needed and was perfect for a group of 6 adults in the area for a week for a wedding. Highly recommend

Everything was perfect.

The owners of the house did really good job! The house has absolutely everything, what you need to have great holidays. It is spacious, comfortable and beatifully designed. It is perfectly located just copule minutes walk from port, beach, restaurants and bars - but still in quiet place. The house has chilling and dining zones - inside and outside ( big tables, coaches, chairs, puffs). Dining corner and the kitchen is fully equipped. We loved king size comfortable beds with fresh linen and selection of different kind of pillows - so you can choos which size you prefer the most. Welcome wine and water was very nice surprise:) … and lemon tree in the garden was supply of fresh lemons to make lemonade:)

I felt the lack of a handrail at the top of the stairs was an issue on safety. The garden cushions where in need of replacement. We only used them once as they looked like they might have things living in them. Got a lot of bites on my legs on the bench seat.

Nice too have a bag full of oranges left on front door from owner. Made some lovely breakfast juice.

This is a beautiful spacious house with all the comforts you could possibly need on holidays and all the bedrooms are en-suite. The house is situated about 10 minutes from the beach and Port de Soller which had an excellent choice of restaurants. I would highly recommend this accommodation. Tom and Mary

The location for us with a young child & an infant in a pushchair did not work as a 10 minutes walk along very busy road without a footpath to get to the beach slightly scary !!

Very friendly, helpful hosts, Michael met us & showed us around the house then left us to settle in. All rooms were beautifully decorated & extremely comfortable. Amazing beds, bathrooms very stylish, great showers. Photos do not do it justice! Outside terrace lovely & shady with lots of plants & good lighting. Really appreciated the large bag of oranges found on our doorstep on the first morning so could have fresh juice each day..Very easy level walk to the beach/promenade. Lots of choice of places to eat In Port de Soller, we ate out every night all excellent.

I think there is nothing to improve... It is juts that we were there end of February, and the weather was quite cold. Some covers to stay inside or outside would be good then...

The house is very nicely decorated, it was a real pleasure to live inside. It is also very well equiped. It is very close to the beach.

Nothing - you could not fault this house

Beautifully restored old house with garden. Everything is of the highest quality. Short walk to the beach. Would strongly recommend.

The number of house was a little difficult to find. I would recommend putting the number on the outside of the door rather than behind the shutters or even on the wall to the entrance for the parking. Parking was tight for a family car and would recommend telling people once their booking is confirmed.

My husband and I took our 22 year old daughter and 20 year old niece on holiday. The house was exactly what we were hoping for. Each of the three bedrooms was beautifully decorated and each had its own en-suite bathroom. The living area and kitchen was big enough to accommodate all of us and give us the space that we needed. The house was also a short walk to the Port where all the restaurants and shops are, and the beach (approx 10mins). Michael and Marta were kind enough to come back and show us how to use the TV etc, and Michael was a wonderful host with all his knowledge.
