Fabulous hotel, in a fantastic location with brilliant staff. Loved large suite with very comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom area and even a dressing room. The choice at breakfast was excellent.

Our room was on the street side of the hotel. Room was very nice and bed comfortable but was dark with poor lighting in bathroom area and hallways were very narrow and dark. We did see a cockroach in the hallway:/ Would request the other side of the hotel in the future.

Service was incredible, staff very attentive, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was also excellent, incredible buffet with additional order off menu choices. Location great for exploring old town area of Mallorca.

Superb location, quiet but only 2 minutes from the main shopping streets. The hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel. Michelin starred restaurant on premises. Large room with terrace.

Minibar prices not transparent. I expected more from a 5* hotel (free wine and snacks). Extra charges seemed petty at the end of what would have been a nice stay. Left a tinge of disappointment.

The breakfast buffet was superb. Spa had lovely vibes. Welcome drink was a nice touch after a long journey and arriving evening. Staff were polite and friendly. Good location. Clean, pleasant smell and simple aesthetic.

The lack of a more casual approach to the provision of Food & Beverage - too formal. The Spa area needs consideration as well - no Steam Room & the Plunge Pool needs more Jacuzzi Jets.

The "Front of House" staff - were exceptional. The Welcome through to the Goodbye. Lovely people that just wanted to help!!

Nothing really. The only slight disappointment was that we didn’t get a room with terrace with spa bath (bath with a view) as was quoted on booking.com room reservation details. I think it was more booking.com error than the hotel though. We couldn’t access the terrace area from our room as a glass panel covered half the French door opening. I think because there were 3 of us the room size was more important. Also spa bath in the bathroom didn’t work. Didn’t particularly affect us though and we didn’t bother to query it with the hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel in good location in the old town. Huge room for 3 of us. Best breakfast ever for this type of hotel and we have been to a few in Spain. Huge variety of prepared fresh fruit and pastries which looked amazing. Staff very friendly and accommodating to our needs and requests. I had a lovely ‘cake’ and bottle of fizz delivered to our room to celebrate a big birthday which was much appreciated. Also very nice to have the small spa to ourselves for a few hours. Everywhere was beautifully clean.

The property was well located near the Ramblas area of Palma and just a short walk for shops and restaurants. The hotel was very quiet. Although the spa was small it is booked for sole use. Breakfast was lovely.

I'm being really picky here but I found the water in both pools a little chilly but then I am a wimp when it comes to that kind of thing. Also @booking.com, you offered me a reduced rate cab ride from the airport for about 35 euro. We jumped a cab at the airport and it cost 15 euro. Naughty!

The lovely Joan checked us in and explained the history of the building. A monastery on the verge of dereliction, the hotel was renovated and the remaining monks still live next door. It's a nice thing they've done. Lots of lovely original features. Beautiful room with an amazing bed and a ridiculous amount of pillows. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Fab bar with great cocktails. For a couples break it was perfect. The wellness spa in the old wine cellar is amazing and OH had a fantastic massage. Located down a side street, five minutes from the cathedral, everything was walkable.

Spa water was only 30 degrees so it was colder than body temp. couldn't enjoy. There was no water kettle in the room. could be provided. The breakfast was nice in terms of variety. but freshness of bread, refilling, etc could be better.

Kind and welcoming staffs. the design and interior and cleaness of the hotel was really nice.

The lighting in the bathrooms was very poor.

The spa all to yourself when you have a treatment. It has its own small pool, sauna, water bed and treatment table. My friend and I really enjoyed this. Comfy beds. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It's so lovely and quiet wherever you are in the hotel. This made it the perfect get away for us who wanted to be fairly central to explore but have the serenity of quiet when at the hotel.

Breakfast service occasionally was slightly confused, with ordered items going round room until find right person - rather than direct to whoever ordered them. But the food itself and general service from staff was great.

Amazing hotel in a beautifully restored convent, which was tastefully done. Decorated with amazing art. Superb and vast breakfast buffet. Lovely staff who were happy to help. Rooftop terrace was gorgeous. Brilliant location. Central, easy to get places but slightly off the main streets so it was peaceful and quiet, yet with all the access you need. Huge rooms, lovely balcony. Free bottles of water was also welcome. Good sized fridge. Huge bed. Spa access was lovely, especially you book it for your own use so get a nice tranquil experience

The only regret we have is not being able to enjoy the amazing food and location of the hotel, so we will come back very soon!

We arrived after the disastrous storm around 11:30 and found excellent and helpful hotel staff, dedicated to finding a room for us in the middle of the night. The next day a charming hotel manager took extra care to look for alternative routes and found us a last minute chance to take a ferry to the mainland!

For the junior suite, we would have appreciated a single double mattress instead of two separate mattresses tucked together

Joan was a wonderful host and made sure our experience was top notch from start to finish. The whole staff was extremely involved and dedicated in making sure our stay was the best it could be, and all helped us with our car and restaurant booking among others. The property in itself is stunning, an hidden gem in the center of Palma

The roof top pool was quite small but plenty big enough to cool off when it got hot. This was not a surprise at it was correctly advertised.

Great service and city center location. Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Would recommend having the breakfast included as its of excellent quality. The hotel itself is very tranquil and you really get a sense it was once a convent. Lovely pieces of modern art dotted around the hotel. Everything was just as it should be.
