In fact, I booked at same Bypillow chain for second stay in Madrid, but in a different area - and I have to say Bypillow Crosstown was still much better
I loved the location - lively but not too busy area of Madrid with many locals, still in walking distance to many sights. Quiet mainly pedestrian small street. There is a friendly 24h reception. It's all extremely clean. Room was well equipped with shelves and wardrobe in small space. I thought design and colours were of good taste. Bed was very comfortable, shower worked very well. I thought it was good value for money, particularly if not on your own but sharing the room.

Spacious room, modern upscale decor, great shower, large comfy bed, nice toilettries/towels/in-suite coffee/cookies, central location, quiet room, security at desk, 3 minute walk to Tirso de Molina subway, 15-30 minute walk to many tourist sites.

United States of America3 Reviews“Now that we know where it is, we would stay here again.”The hotel was hard to find. We had never been to Madrid. We finally called an Uber driver to show us where the hotel is. The front desk staff tried to help us but we couldn't understand how to get there.
No breakfast was provided. The room was small but clean. We loved the platform bed. Coffee was available in the room. The hotel is located in an area where there is a grocery store within a short walking distance and restaurants.

Singapore2 ReviewsVery GoodHard to think of something that bothered me. I guess little things such as not having a safe, not having tissues and the deco in the room can be quite dark, may bother more to others.
The room is clean and the size is fine for one person. It also has Netflix so it is a bonus for me. The hotel is close to a Metro station but on a quiet lane away from noisy restaurants and bars. I walked to the main attractions instead of using the train. I found a lane with great brunches so I was happy. I won't have gone there if I was not staying nearby. Genuinely friendly staff at the reception who speak English well.

We had a superior room with balcony. The balcony was amazing and we had breakfast there every morning. The room was simple but had all we needed and was clean. No frills hotel and despite being in an area with lots of night life (Lavapies/La Latina), it was on a very quiet street. Two metro lines close by. Very central
