Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsThe only minor point I can think of is the slow closing of the elevator doors. But when you're on vacation, that doesn't matter too much.
The rooms had an interesting layout. We had connecting rooms, which is always great for families with kids. Staff was helpful, breakfast excellent and beds were comfortable. Most people probably come here for clubbing. We explored the island in February and were happy the city center is at walking distance and there's a big parking lot available to guests.

NetherlandsGreat value for money, especially, when travelling out of season in January. I got a free room upgrade, it was spacious and clean. It also had a lot of different lamps, so it was nice to choose the light based on the mood. The water pressure in the shower was the best I've had in Ibiza. The breakfast was typical mediterranean, so mostly sweets but you could order eggs and there was cheese and jamon. The restaurant downstairs also serves great dinners. The octopus was amazing!

Proximity to Pacha is ideal, and is especially useful in winter when you don’t want to deal with the extremely long cloakroom queue in the club (on NYE). Breakfast on NYD was served until 1pm (as an exception) although tbh it was still very challenging to get up that ‘early’ post-Pacha! Breakfast til 5pm on NYD would be ideal ;-)
