A bit noisy from the outside, not enough dishes for cooking and similar, second bed in the living room was not as comfy as the other, bathroom a bit "worn out"...but everything really ok.

Greatest location,the appartment was really ok for 2 nights. Nice touch a coffee machine,but not enough coffee for my taste😉😁

some issues with getting inside. we were a bit unlucky with electricity which was going down all time. eventually it appeared to be boiler problems. it was a bit annoying but the management really helps and solves

The apartment is so nice and has everything you need. Totally amazing location. The staff is ready to help although you first chat with AI and it keeps asking same questions but then you get to chat with a human and problems are solved)

Strong smell of moist in the entrance of the apartment. Also in all kitchen appliances. For example we didn’t put food in fridge because of that smell then rather at the balcony (it was February). Luckily when you close room bedroom / living room door smell is only in the entrance and kitchen area. Sofa bed is uncomfortable to get up from. There was not enough toilet paper. Without internet or if your phone battery is dead apartment is unreachable - there is no key, or some kind of code to enter.

Location first of all. Then cleanness and apartment is really spacious. Kitchen amenities: coffee maker, kettle, little sets for coffee / tea with little milks, little new set for dishes - new sponge, detergent and sponge cloth All the furniture looks nice and walls are sound proof- even between living room and bedroom.

Bathroom need new renovation lists really sticks all apartment was not good smell from Bathroom even if you close doors also with TV need to be improved because is really old tv sofa bed need to replace because is so uncomfortable

The apartment should have more shelves and hangers for clothes. The bed in the living room is not comfortable for sleeping.

Perfect localization, near to Catalonia Square from where you can move whether you want in Barcelona. The bus from/to Airport is located 50 meters from the building. The apartment has almost all the amenities (washing machine, dry machine, dishwasher, fast wifi, coffee machine, etc.). In the building are located two elevators, the regular size and the small one for just 3 persons. Communication with the room service was perfect.

Not for more then a few days, lacks in kitchen utensils, but if you're gonna eat out, it's perfect.

There was no internal dead lock inside so we were nervous all night about someone else being able to unlock the door because of the online system. The hot water also ran out after 2 showers. But there were 5 of us so 2 had cold showers and 1 had to miss out completely. The curtain in the room with single beds doesn't block out the light properly so the sun ends up on your face quite early if your in the bed below the window. Needs a blind or another solution.

Easy to get in whenever we wanted. Didnt have to wait to meet anyone. Nice and big apartment.

the water in sink didn't go down and the doors hand was broken. also we were able to do check in only after 15.30, while check out must be done till 11.00 and no minute more, quite expensive price for just overnight stay. the entrance door to building isn't opening with the electronic key they send in the application so you have to always wait till someone will open it with the normal key.

the apartment was clean spacious and comfortable in the city centre.

The coach was broken on the one side which was fixed the next day. The apartment could be cleaner.

- there was an awful smell in the entry hall which we could not get rid of. But it was not present in the rooms or in the bathroom - the bathtub was not very clean - the sofabed in the living room was very uncomfortable, it had a dent in the middle and it was difficult to sleep on. So that should be repaired - the apartment looked similar to the pictures, only that it is older and in the bath an update would be necessary - the toilet did not flush correctly, we had to use a big pot and fill it with water in order to be able to flush properly. So that needs to be fixed. We did not tell the personell about it because we did not want to waste any time on that

- great location, we went everywhere on foot - spacious apartment for 4 people with everything we needed in the kitchen and in the bathroom - friendly personel, they helped us wiht every question - the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable - the rooms were clean

They tried to charge me with a smoking fine, €150. None of us is a smoker, and we made a huge effort to leave the place in excellent conditions. After recieving the notice via email there were two emails in which I stated it was impossible, they insisted that I smoked at the rooms without arguments, and I contacted them via WhatsApp were I was received a very rude answer (literally: "I know you smoked a joint, sincerely"). After that I called them, and only after that call they sent me two pictures: of a mattress with a pack of cigarettes, and of a table with more packs (that after a while we realized it was NOT from our apartment), that did not show the room to check if it was our apartment. They insisted that I should pay the fine because they had to ozonize the air and that meant late check in for the upcoming guests. Only 10 minutes after raising a complaint to the Booking platform I received an apology ("we are embarrassed and we are humans"), offering a 25% voucher for a next opportunity if I book directly through their website, and never even trying to offer an explanation on why all of this happened. I cannot have the feeling that they made this by mistake. Aside from that, I must note that entering the apartment from the street requires you use their app, so if you don't have network connection the first time, you won't be able to enter, and after that the system requires calling to the internal caller so it will always ring inside (not suitable if one is coming back and another one is sleeping inside!)

It was quite difficult, because in addition to the door code, you also had to use the app. Front door code and the apartment door code were in the wrong sequence, there was confusion. I had to reach out to find out. During the stay, I was worried that if my phone battery ran out, I wouldn't be able to get into the apartment.

The only thing i would say and admittedly i didn’t reach out to the company is that there was a sewage smell within the property, we left the living room patio doors open and it helped, i think the smell comes from the utility room where the washer and dryer are located.

It was bad that there was no cleaning during our seven-night stay. Although we understand your sensitivity to protect the environment, cleaning could have been done at least every four days. It was a disadvantage that there was no one around to deal with.

The location of the hotel was great. Walking distance to all shopping streets. There is a nice cafe right below. The beds are quite comfortable. The size of the house was quite enough for 4 people. It was a great convenience that the doors could be opened with a password. Everything in the kitchen was more than enough.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Numa Apartments in Barcelona. Throughout my time there, I found myself spending more time on the phone with Numa Personnel than actually enjoying the company of my friends. To make matters worse, the apartment was disgustingly dirty. The carpets were covered in an excessive amount of dust, which would spread throughout the room with every step. It was absolutely unacceptable. The smell of the canalization was absolutely repulsive. It permeated the entire apartment, making it nearly impossible to relax or enjoy my stay. On the first day of our arrival, we encountered a major issue with the electricity. It would constantly turn off every five minutes, leaving us in complete darkness. Despite calling for assistance, the electrician informed us that the problem was unfixable and we had to move to another room. Initially, the service claimed that there were no available rooms, forcing us to consider alternative options. However, miraculously, they suddenly found a room for us in the same building. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve. The room still reeked of canalization, and to make matters worse, the balcony door lock was broken. This meant that the door wouldn't close properly, resulting in freezing cold nights. The most frustrating aspect of my stay was the malfunctioning electric door lock system. Not once were we able to enter the appartment smoothly. Every time we returned, I had to call the service to remotely open the door for us. Shockingly, they didn't even ask for any form of identification, meaning that anyone could potentially call and gain access to the building. This lack of security is a major concern, especially for those traveling with valuable belongings.

Location is good (right next to Placa Catalunia), but there are way better options for the same budget.
