The location was Great for us. We were either able to walk, take the subway or bus where we needed to go. The park across the street was a bonus. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

There is no tea or coffee in the room and they won't even give you a coffee from the machine in the morning if you didn't book the breakfast. We are people who only want a coffee and a piece of fruit or a small croissant for breakfast so 15 euro for a buffet is too much. Most of the staff were very friendly but on our last day one of the girls on reception was very rude so we left on a bit of a bad note

Great location, walking distance to the old town but in a quieter area opposite a park. Loved the usual Motel One colour scheme and decor! Rooms are simple but clean and bright, reception area and lounge gorgeous! Staff also very friendly

Everything was of an exceptional standard. The only reason I have not given excellent across the board is because breakfast was not included and at €165 per night I would have expected that as par for the course. Staff were very charming and helpful. Lovely hotel, super location.

Excellent location! It's conveniently close to everything, including the bus and metro. You can easily explore the city on foot or by using the simple and accessible public transport. The rooms were really nice and comfortable, making for a cozy stay. Staff 11/10! Keep with the amazing job.

The rooms were clean and modern. Not super spacious but sufficient for what we needed. The bar downstairs was lively in the evening when we went to have a drink. The rooftop terrace was great with beautiful views over the city.

Really inconvenient that there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, not even a kettle, and also no free tea/coffee in the lobby. The only option was to pay €2.50 for a tea at the bar! Really disappointing in a hotel that is otherwise very comfortable and convenient.

The best city hotel we've been to. Beautiful design, everything just worked together creating relaxing comforting space, pleasant to be in. Spotlesly clean room and every inch of the hotel. Very comfortable bed, pillows and duvet. Great shower. Lovely bar & lounge area, large patio, fantastic roof top terrace with views. Very nice and profesional staff. This is a 3star hotel with 5star standard. I guess they don't have 5 stars only because of the lack of the pool/spa/gym, which is not a downside because there is soo much to do around. Amazing location - beside great park, close to shops restaurants, close to Gothic Quarter, everything is on your doorstep. We loved the look & feel of this hotel so much, that whenever we get a chance to visit another city where this hotel chain is, we'll be booking it. Also, we'll hapily book this hotel on our next trip to Barcelona.

I was able to hear everyone/everything from the hallway. And a little fridge would have been useful too with the warmer weather.

Had a wonderfully warm welcome at the check in. The hotel lobby was beautiful, room itself as well. The rooftop terrace had such a beautiful view over the city! Would definitely stay again when in Barcelona.
