check-in was frustrating, despite arriving very early no rooms ready until 3PM but told we can keep checking in to see if anything was ready sooner; only learned some rooms were ready by people who arrived for the first time showing up and getting a room; would prefer to give some priority to people who had arrived on red-eyes.

Modern hotel worth the price compared to some really expensive options; bed was comfortable and the rooftop was a nice place to relax. Lobby was really nicely decorated.

For the price, it would have been nice to have breakfast included, as well as a small fridge in the room.

The hotel was perfectly located - right across the street from a beautiful park and just a 5 minute walk to the Arc de Triomfe metro station, which was great for getting around the city. The lobby was very nicely decorated with lots of space to relax, work, etc. Comfy bed.

Nice staff, very beautiful hotel, good quality of materials in the room, bathroom, etc. Big windows, view inside the building is ok, fresh air is available. I felt very comfortable.

The location was Great for us. We were either able to walk, take the subway or bus where we needed to go. The park across the street was a bonus. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

There is no tea or coffee in the room and they won't even give you a coffee from the machine in the morning if you didn't book the breakfast. We are people who only want a coffee and a piece of fruit or a small croissant for breakfast so 15 euro for a buffet is too much. Most of the staff were very friendly but on our last day one of the girls on reception was very rude so we left on a bit of a bad note

Great location, walking distance to the old town but in a quieter area opposite a park. Loved the usual Motel One colour scheme and decor! Rooms are simple but clean and bright, reception area and lounge gorgeous! Staff also very friendly

Everything was of an exceptional standard. The only reason I have not given excellent across the board is because breakfast was not included and at €165 per night I would have expected that as par for the course. Staff were very charming and helpful. Lovely hotel, super location.

Excellent location! It's conveniently close to everything, including the bus and metro. You can easily explore the city on foot or by using the simple and accessible public transport. The rooms were really nice and comfortable, making for a cozy stay. Staff 11/10! Keep with the amazing job.

The rooms were clean and modern. Not super spacious but sufficient for what we needed. The bar downstairs was lively in the evening when we went to have a drink. The rooftop terrace was great with beautiful views over the city.

Really inconvenient that there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, not even a kettle, and also no free tea/coffee in the lobby. The only option was to pay €2.50 for a tea at the bar! Really disappointing in a hotel that is otherwise very comfortable and convenient.
