The beds were so cheap that if you turned around a little bit it shaked a lot, even if you're skinny lol. The bathroom and toilet are shared, and it wasn't that clean. Maybe the cleaning person couldn't keep up with it. And one upper bed had a window on top of it, and there was a buildings balcony that directly above it, very weird, but less place, less window space I suppose.

This hostel is in the center, and next to it there is Subway and Supermarket, so it's location is good. The rooms, especially 4 people rooms are great. The beds has curtains, so privacy? Idk.

The first room they put us in should not be sold as a private room. It is right next to common toilets and showers. With sound and smell, you cannot be happy to stay. The bed sheets were also not clean. I had to ask for a change.

The sound isolation is not that good. The walls are like paper, you can hear what is going on in the corridors. All the noise is directly in the room. Our room was located next to men's bathroom. All the conversations and even the sound of taps, water flow was very high in the room. There was also no window in the room, not possible to see outside.

The location is amazing, just a couple of steps away from Casa Battlo and metro station. The room was very clean.

It is a bit noisy. There is a loud sound of water during all the night. I don’t know why but I think because my room was close to the shared bathroom. It is also possible to hear people talking in the corridor.

The location is really specially for a short trip. The room and bathroom were cleaned and the shower was good. We could do the check in after midnight. The internet was good.

There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang your things when changing. Shower curtains and glass dividers in the showers were very transparent.

There is no natural light in the room, so it can be a bit depressing. The TV in the room is useless, positioned so badly. The only way you can watch something is to stand right in front of the screen. The mattress was uncomfortable, we were lucky it was a short trip. The thnig that surprised us most is that you can't take your room key with you. You must leave it on the front desk or leave a personal document so you can carry it with you.

The location was great, close to almost everything and very well connected. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean.

Bathrooms had shower curtains, which wasn’t great for privacy considering they were located right beside reception. Not a very social hostel, there didn’t appear to be any activities for guests - would be great to have more opportunities to connect.

Incredible location in the centre of Madrid, just a short walk from the bus stop and train station. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms with comfy beds. Good value laundry service.

The location is good, if you like to walk, you can go to the main places without bus or taxi. The room was always really cold (which was excellent duo to the high temperatures in Barcelona durind the summer) and everything was clean.

The showers/toilette. No where to put your clothes. Women’s washroom is adjacent to the reception so it’s open to everyone walking in and out. There was also a huge argument at reception one night with other potential tenants, which made me uneasy.

A few little bits and pieces but nothing to worry about. You need to bring a padlock for the lockers. Towel is €2 which is worth it. Not very clean the room and showers but the bed was clean. Have to buzz in each time which is sort of annoying but also good for security, there is 24hr reception.
