The breakfast was very disappointing, very poor with options and the quality of the food was not good, not even the sweets and coffee was tasty to be honest. We did not eat much which was very disappointing as you expect the breakfast to good as a 4 star hotel.

The breakfast area was consistently crowded, with queues at all stations. The elevators were also often busy, resulting in some wait time. Despite the many organised groups in the front office, the staff remained very attentive and helpful, regardless of the crowd.

The hotel is located just 15 minutes from the airport, with a mall only an 8-minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is exceptionally polite and friendly. The neighbourhood is safe, and taxis are easily accessible just outside the hotel.

The breakfast was average, lacking vegetable diversity, maybe more cheese options. The standard wasn't the same every day for the quality of the breakfast.

Overall, worthed the money. Even though the location is far from the centre, there are enough transport options around that you can use to get there. Either bus(just outside the hotel) and metro( 10 minutes away from the hotel).

Unfortunately lots of noise from the banging of room doors very early in the morning - not sure why as some rooms seem to have mechanism to stop the slamming.

The hotel is run 4 stars and there was no kettle for hot drinks. They didn't clean the bathroom well.

Convenient location for visiting the Mutua Madrid Open tennis tournament. Close to bus stop.

There wasn't a kettle in the room and when we asked for one they said it wasn't allowed. The breakfast was poor in options and lacked variety. The reception staff spoke only Spanish and it was hard to communicate with them.

The room was clean and spacious. There was a bidet and bathtub in the bathroom. Not in the center but there's easy access to the center by bus .

I found the breakfast far below my expectations. For example, at the fruit buffet there was only melon and watermelon, not really what you aspect in April.

The location isn't the best, which is why the price is much more reasonable than central hotels, but it is well connected to the city centre with buses. There's a metro station a 10 minute walk away.

It isn’t close to the city centre but there is a bus station immediately outside so it’s somewhat easier. No toiletries like shower cap and so on even though it is a 4 star hotel. Floors weren’t very well cleaned, walking barefoot for a few moments means unclean feet very quickly. There is a sign to remind visitors to save water, which is great, but then the shower head is dripping water from all possible places

The room was hot, had a smell of sewer and our key cards constantly had to be rekeyed. Breakfast stayed packed and would run out of food and closed before the time it was supposed to be open until.
