The staff at the reception desk are very attentive and nice. Always salute you and smile, which is getting more rare nowadays. Many thanks to the housekeepers, who did a great job. We wish you a great summer season full of happy and grateful tourists.

I thought the drinks were a bit expensive but found that in a lot of places during our 2 week holiday.View from terrace not great but only minor detail.

The location was super.Literally less than 10 mins walk to beach/restaurants/bars.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Room was amazing.The bed was huge.Kettle & cups provided.Mini Fridge to keep water cool.There was always plenty hot water and the shower was great.Rooms cleaned daily. We were on the 5th floor but there was a lift which was very quick.We were never left waiting long.They had books at reception to borrow.I would definitely stay here again if I was back in Torremolinos again.

No tea or coffee in the room but there was a kettle

Great hotel and staff couldn't be anymore helpful or friendly. Special mention for Malenia who worked the pool area, super efficient, and very good. Would definitely recommend staying here for closeness to beach and Torremolinos town and Benelmedina.

The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The hotel was clean and had everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot and powerful. We particularly enjoyed the hot tubs and how easy it was to get a sun bed at any time.

There’s nothing really to dislike, but I’ve noticed that the saving of sunbeds with towels from early morning creeping in ( this needs stopping, it never use to happen at this hotel) some people were doing this then not going near them until 3pm! There are no locks on the ladies public toilets by the pool which to me makes them unusable.

Absolutely love this hotel I’ve been coming here for ten years. The staff are all friendly and helpful and a special thank you to Carmen who is like coming back to see an old friend. The hotel is in the perfect location central to La Carihuela and you can easily walk into Torremolinos or Benalmadena from there. Bus stop directly outside that can take you to the lovely Mijas Pueblo. It’s clean and comfortable. The pool is in the sun all day and the beds are comfy.

From the minute we arrived the staff at this beautiful hotel couldn't of been nicer. Our rooms were beautiful and well air conditioned. We arrived late (midnight) so we went to the pool the following morning and it was fab with 3 spa pools as well as the pool. There was food and bar at the pool also and the staff were brilliant and always polite. The place was spotless and an absolute credit to the management and staff. A special mention to the house hold staff who kept our room spotless with fresh towels everyday I'll difinitely return with my wife. The king size bed we slept on was the most comfortable bed I ever slept on.

We stayed from the 8-16th of may and from the second we got there to the second we left we couldn’t fault it at all! The hotel was amazing, room was lovely and pool etc was all phenomenal. The thing that stood out to us the most was the staff… Every one of the receptionists were amazing and so friendly and helpful but especially one lady named Annabel, she went above and beyond to help and her lovely smile and welcoming presence made our trip! We will definitely be back 😌

I cannot fault anything.

We loved everything. Great food, facilities, location, rooms etc but the staff we the best staff I have ever encountered in all my 30 years of travelling. Every single one of them were so polite and helpful.They truly made our holiday extra special. We will all be returning.
