Great breakfast, great new and clean rooms. Highly equipped common room (billiards table, table tennis, table football, study rooms, large open area for hanging out...). There is a bus/metro station 3 minutes away (with a cheap bus connection to the airport).

Rather basic for the money you’re paying. Asked for an extra pillow (the ones provided are super thin) and was told no. They suggested I used a bathroom towel to roll it to create an extra pillow. Nothing to wash the dishes with. No bathroom soap.

Great location to get to everywhere - local beaches by metro or San Sebastián by coach. The accommodation is just above Bilbao Intermodal - the main coach station and also 1 min walk to the San Mamés metro.

The pillow but that's very minor. I am now aware that that style of pillow is very Spanish.

Staff were very friendly and capable. Breakfast room was relaxed and roomy. Closeness to bus station is fabulous. So easy to get to everything in the city.

- as per booking.com info, it is possible to check in from 3PM, whereas as per info that we received on reception desk, it was possible from 2PM. I perceived it as something positive, nevertheless for people willing to check in earlier it is a bit misleading - depending on a day/hour, sometimes people being on reception do not speak English. They do their best to assist (we know Spanish so it was not a problem), but once again, for those who cannot speak/understand Spanish, it might be a bit problematic, alternatively, use google translate :) ) - during mornings there was not warm water - kitchen could be better equipped - there was no dishwashing liquid, sponge or cloth. There were also no forks (these would probably have been provided if you had asked at the reception)

- location close to tram/autobus/train/metro/shops/tourists attractions - bus from/to the airport stops just under that place - even though it is residence for students, it is a calm place, the whole floor was very silent at nights - possibility of storing luggage (before check in or after check out) - room looked like the new one (e.g. brand new hob, refrigerators and microwave, hairdryer)

New building with nicely furnished studios. Great common areas. Great location over the bus station and well connected to the city center, airport and easy to take trips to San Sebastián. Easy check in.

it’s very simple and direct, nice simple gym, laundry, study room & common area staff was helpful as well in a very privileged location close to the metro but I would advise to walk around the city it’s not so big and it’s very beautiful.

Wi-fi was very slow so we could not work in the room. Also some kitchen equipment was missing (knive, chopping desk...)

All tenants in the hotel share 2 hair driers. You have to borrow it from the front desk before taking shower and return it afterwards. It’s a bit inconvenient. There’s no kettle in the room, so cooking coffee can be a problem. You can only use microwave to get boiling water, which is a bit dangerous..

Decent price in an OK location - just next to the bus station. It’s also easy to go to the city center by taking public transport. Common room is very nice! There are also supermarkets nearby. You can prepare your own breakfast quick and easy

For ladies: hairdryer missing, little bit strict staff (breakfast instruction in Spanish) etc.

Very surprising room, nice, well equipped (full kitchen with fridge, microwave etc.), comfortable bed. Perfect location on bus/train hub, easy tram connection to all sights and old city.

It was great all-round.

The university dorm rooms were great; modern, clean, with air conditioning, and the whole building was fantastic; the common room area on the second floor with free gym, large sitting spaces inside and outside, were ideal when you travel with teenagers who sometimes just want a bit of downtime and like to have space to hang out. They loved the pool table and table football game. The optional breakfast was good value, but if the choice of food is not to your liking, there are supermarkets nearby, and each room has a fridge, some bowls and plates, so you can arrange your own food too.

It felt a bit strict to not be able to check in even 30min earlier, even though they allowed to use the common areas.

Modern and comfortable. Well located in the pure centre of connections for public transport. Lots of facilities and good/well equipped studios.

Just after my arrival I wanted to use toilet and I found it really dirty. Also the fridge was not clean and clearly no body cleaned it for months. It would be nice to have soap at room.

The location was nice, very close to central bus station. The room view was great. The room was big enough and comfortable. You can find some plates and glasses.

Great location, above the intermodal bus station and close to San Mames stadium. Value for money breakfast (5 euro). Great common facilities. We had a 3 person rooms which was small, but modern, clean, and had everything you need (except a TV)

The room was 100% clean, the only drawback is the hairdryer wasn't available. Destination is really convenient, because there is a direct route to the airport and you can also easily go anywhere else to San Sebastian for instance, or around Bilbao and its suburbs like Getxo. The station is located just 1 min from the hotel. Check-in is available 24/7.
