The sofa bed and all the beds are not comfortable. The apartment has an unpleasant smell. Even though there are common use parking spaces in the apartment complex, they are neither enough nor properly marked. The location is far from main POIs. Comforters and pillows are worn out and uncomfortable. There is not a proper wardrobe instead there is an IKEA style open wardrobe. When we entered the room the pillows and comforters were simply squeezed inside the open frame wardrobe. Comforters do not have cover and we did not have a feeling that they were properly washed before us. Toilet seat was missing the seat part. The plaster wall in living room is damaged.

The property has 2 bedrooms and a small living room with a sofa bed (which is not comfortable at all). There is dishwasher and very basic kitchen tools and utilities.

Not the best beds, but clean. The kitchen was very poor equipped so it wasn’t possible to cook at home.

The place was nice and clean, it was easy to check in, staff was friendly and sweet. It’s quite far from the central nice and not an area with a lot of things to do, but the place was very close to public transport and it was very easy to both reach central Nice but also other small places nearby (la Ferrat, Antibes etc)

No microwave oven No window at the bathroom and the living room. No luggage room (but the owner sent me a link with places where I could leave my bag).

The price of this accommodation was very good! It was the best price I could get for Nice and have good facilities. The apartment is clean and everything is new. It has basic facilities but it has everything that you might need. There is a big supermarket Casino just 3 minutes from the building. 2 trams have stations very close. The St Augustin train station is 10 minutes of walking. It is quite far away from the Nice center but the tram will take you there in 15 minutes. It depends what you want. We stayed next to the train station because we wanted to travel a lot outside Nice. The owner replies on whatsapp in less that 10 minutes. Regarding the camera, do not worry! They do not film you. They unplug it in front of you once you get in the apartment. The area is not noisy. We slept very well.

Air-Condition: It is SO loud, that you can not use it during the night - or use ear plugs. Main room: we were 6 ppl and 2 had to sleep on the sofa. There is no windows, no ventilation. So be prepared to have all other rooms door opened othervise those in main room will just suffer from overheating and lack of oxigen. Stuff: WhatsApp stuff is perfect (engligh, fast answering etc). Stuff on spot speaks only French, so it is absolutely no possibility to communicate if you do not know French at all.

Overall it was a good stay. Nothing special - but according to photos and marked description (almost)

We didn't need the sofa bed, but it appeared to be broken (it may just have been put back together wrongly by the last person, but we didn't want to take it apart to find out). It would not have been obvious to cleaning staff. We told the owner, so it is probably fixed or replaced by now. The cooker is quite hi-tech and there were no instructions. However, when we texted the owner he explained how it worked.

Our flight was very late, but the property owner arranged for someone to be on site to let us into the property and show us how to work the air conditioning etc. He even gave our taxi driver directions when we called. If we texted him with any questions he answered immediately and was extremely helpful. The area seems to be very safe and quiet, despite being close to a main road and tram route. We didn't have a car and so didn't use the parking facilities. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was well equipped. There is a good supermarket right across the road, as well as cafés and bars. We spent only 2 nights because we were waiting for our ferry to Corsica, so we didn't really explore the town or the local area, but the tram stops right outside the apartment. We took a taxi from the Airport and they now have a fixed charge, which they tell you before you get in. Going to the port we booked an Uber, which arrived on time and was extremely reasonably priced. A Welcome Pack for longer-stay visitors would be really helpful. To include: Instructions for cooker and air-con. Location of shops, cafés etc nearby. Details of trams, where the stops are, and where they go. How to get to the beach and any other places of interest nearby.

When you can't find a parking,you have to block another cars. So you have to wake up at 6/7 am when the owners of the cars honks you

The neighborhood is not attractive. It is a neighborhood of ugly apartment buildings of zero touristic attractiveness. We were woken up by gunshots in the distance. But the building itself and nearby high rises are clearly inhabited by all kinds of regular folks; we did not feel unsafe. The parking area is too small for the number of cars, so double parking is expected (and allowed); instructions to that effect were provided but we still felt happy to have actually found a real spot. The apartment itself can benefit from a little bit more color; everything is clinically white.

We booked only the day off, in the later afternoon, after another reservation fell through. But our hosts responded quickly, confirmed the reservation, and met us at the agreed-upon time. The apartment is newly renovated and has all needed appliances. It was located at the ground floor (perfect for one of our mobility-reduced travelers). Free parking was available. We spotted a grocery store across the street (though did not use it). Two bakeries are nearby as well. We cannot comment on the public transportation to the airport, but by car it is a 10 min ride.

The apartment was on the ground floor so you couldn't really open a window. The persons handing over the key were high on drugs, the parking was terrible, noise was all around - meaning we couldn't sleep, the entrance door did not have any soundproofing so we could hear just about anybody chatting while entering and leaving the building. Not enough toiletries or toilet paper were available.

No kitchen utensils. Nice kitchen but nothing to serve or cook with. No microwave or toaster. Neighbour noise was very loud.

Camera in the kitchen, rude persons, additional charges,etc.

Catastrophic! Never go there! They are so rude. If you late they will charge you 20e per hour! Also you will have a surprise… online camera which constantly filming in the kitchen! So think about that twice! I was there with two small daughters and it was disgusting! Also they are lying about the beach. Nearby beach is 2 km far!
