The room was too hot as the air conditioning would not allow you to go lower than 19.5, which usually would be low enough but for some reason it didn't feel as cool as that and we had to keep opening the window, which wasn't ideal as we were next to the Arena Bercy so it could get noisy.

I really liked the hotel lobby where they had lots of activities for the children. The hotel was also very new and fresh looking.

The room we stayed in was right next to the Accor Stadium, there was a concert one of the nights, so we could hear the noise from the bass at times. However the soundproofing worked well.

Close to the metro, cafes, restaurants and the CBD. The staff are very friendly. Spacious, comfortable and affordable rooms.

Loved the reception area, with all the kids play activities. The rooms were also very clean and fresh looking. It is also right outside a metro station and lots of nice cafes and bars.

The one flaw in this stay was the rude barman I encountered on Sunday night of the 26th May. I came downstairs with my kids for a cocktail and some icecream. The place was almost empty, yet the barman was immediately abrupt, disinterested and evidently annoyed at the presence of my children. It was 7pm, we were on holiday, yet he kept sighing and asked me 3 times what I wanted? He was tense and unwelcoming. And when our icecream and my cocktail were brought out, he left them on the bar counter, called me "hey Monsieur!" and said he was "too busy" to walk the 5 footsteps to our table. It is worth mentioning this because the only other table with people at it was in the restaurant side and had a server who was conversing with them and evidently providing top notch service. The bar man was reading his phone. We were, literally, up by the counter. This, taken with his mood, the tension we felt from him, etc., really brought our mood down after having an incredible day sightseeing in wonderful Paris. This was the first time we'd sat down all day. My wife had decided to take a nap after our 3 hour Eiffel Tower que :) My kids both asked why that man was so angry with us? I had no answer they would believe, so I said that some people are not made to deal with kids and families. Needless to say, I drank up quickly and they ate their icecream quickly and we left the bar and went to the Terrace restaurant across the road to check their options. I would have given this hotel the perfect score only for that event. His demeanour seemed unprofessional to be honest, and more so in a hotel that stood out for us in a city full of options.

The breakfast, rooms, decor, location and ambience were superb. We had a fabulous nights sleep also. We will definitely stay here again. The front desk staff were so professional and warm also. We were 2 kids and 2 adults and they made us feel welcome and always had a smile for 2 kids that always say hello :)

Despite it being right next to a large venue (Accor Arena) and there being two concerts on two evenings and despite us having a first floor room facing the place it did not have any impact on our sleep. Travelling with 2 preschoolers. Breakfast was okish.

Room is spacious enough for our little family. Bath tub is a winner for the kids. Good breakfast. Reception is always open and staffs are accommodating and helpful. Metro is right outside the property. A small supermarket nearby. Many restaurants around the area.

We arrived with the coffee cup unclean. There was a lipstain on it. The room was warm at night and didn't have a good air conditioning. This was in the beginning of May so you can open the window for some cooler air but still not very comfortable plus outside is a very high traffic walkway so it is noisy. My daughter had food poisoning before Paris so we couldn't arrive for the first night and I asked if I could get a refund due to medical reason but I was denied.

The location was excellent due to being right across the Bercy metro station. It made it easier when exploring the city.

I travelled with two kids - one is 16 and one 10. The beds which were meant for them were really narrow.

The location was really suitable for getting both to the historical centre and Disneyland. The hotel is nicely furnished. The choice of food at breakfast is fine. The kids loved the sweets at the reception :D There are quite a few bistros and restaurants around.

The location was central and just opposite to a metro station. The Reception desk was friendly, helpful and patient. We were guided on the city map, could do our tickets in the counter and were also given water bottles as souvenirs. The Breakfast was decent and comprised of a elaborate spread. Had booked a family room, all amenities met our expectations.

No tea bags in room (English bfast tea) No milk in room Needed bit more breakfast choice- only scrambled and diy fried/boiled. This didn’t work well as too long to wait to make yourself. Pour honey/nutella rather than jar. They were empty on our visit. Open till 10 preferable for me.
